Sailing yacht GOLDEN HORIZON is – at 162.00 m (531' 6") - the largest tall ship ever launched. Delivered in 2021, she has been designed as a near-identical replica of the 1913-built France II and retains all the charm, adventure and romance of the early 20th century square-riggers. She can accommodate 274 guests in 140 suites with a crew of 157.

EXTERIOR
With her five awe-inspiring masts, mighty size and unparalleled features, a trip on board promises to be truly epic. Wide expanses of deck space configured for sunbathing, dining and simply enjoying the passing scenery. There are three pools on deck including an 18ft diving pool plus a wellness suite with spa, jacuzzi and sauna. Enjoy activities such as on-deck yoga or indulge in a range of beauty treatments. There are also two bars available should you wish to enjoy a drink on the deck.

Adventurous guests can try their hand at sailing by helping the crew to deploy the sails, or head to the water sports centre to use the ship’s kayaks, dinghies, Seabobs, water skis and towables.

INTERIOR
The opulent interior creates a wonderful and luxurious atmosphere for guests on board. Dinner may be served in the spectacular two storey art deco dining room with its curved wrought-iron balconies and natural light flooding in through the swimming pool sky light and the numerous portholes. Afterwards you can enjoy the ambience of the piano bar with its resident musicians. Debeljak’s is a premium beverage bar serving the finest whiskey and gins or you can retire for a nightcap in the library.

Yacht Charter Accommodation

Golden Horizon has 140 staterooms spaced throughout it's four decks. All staterooms are on the exterior of the boat and enjoy an ocean view either from a step-out balcony or through porthole windows. The accommodation is extremely flexible and most rooms are convertible between twin or doubles, with many also allowing for additional berths through sofa beds (93 staterooms have sofa beds) or pullmans (the 6 single cabins also have a pullman berth). The decor features dark wood furnishings and spacious en-suite bathrooms with large mirrors and gold fixings. All staterooms offer as complimentary amenities an en-suite bathroom (WC-toilet, shower, single-sink vanity with large mirror and under-sink storage, premium toiletries), smart HDTV (wall-mounted), bedside cabinets with reading lamps, vanity desk (with drawers and leather chair), and phone. 4 x Master stateroom suites These owners suites are situated forward on the Upper Deck and are named "Mary Rose", "Victory", "Discovery" and the "Endeavour". Each suites measures over 570 square feet, has a private balcony with seating area and can accommodate up to four passengers. Each room has a king-sized bed (can be converted to twin), a walk in wardrobe, tea and coffee-making facilities, fridge and mini-bar. The suite also has an additional room which can be used as living space or an extra bedroom, which consists of a sofa bed (which can be converted into a large double bed), fireplace, low table with 4 armchairs, 4-seat dining table and dry bar. Two ensuite bathrooms, the main bathroom has a marble bath and separate shower and the second as a shower room with half bath. Two suites interconnect and can form one large suite accommodating up to eight people. 32 x Deluxe balcony staterooms These staterooms measure 304 square feet and are found to the fore of the Main deck. Each has twin beds which are usually presented as a king-sized double, and they offer a third berth that can accommodate one extra adult or two children on a sofa bed. Each cabin has an ensuite with a shower over a bathtub, a private balcony, TV, fridge and mini bar. 2 x Balcony staterooms Both staterooms are over 240 square feet and enjoy a private step-out veranda. situated on the Main deck they can accommodate 2 people in a king-sized bed that can be converted into twin beds if required. The ensuite has a shower, and there is a dressing table, fridge, mini bar and TV. 96 x Ocean view staterooms The bulk of the ship's cabins are classed as Ocean view, and are found throughout the fore of the Gallery and Marina decks. They can all accommodate a minimum of two passengers and enjoy two porthole windows providing a view of the sea. Each cabin contains twin beds, which can be configured either as a double, or two twin beds ,depending on preference, bedside tables with lamps, TV and an ensuite with a shower. Gallery deck – 50 rooms situated - minimum of 160 square foot (10 cabins in the aft have 150 square foot) Marina deck – 46 rooms situated- minimum of 170 square foot (8 cabins in the aft have 140 square foot) 34 of these are twin cabins that may also be configured as a king sized double. 59 of these cabins also boast a sofa bed that would accommodate an extra person if required. 3 cabins include a small sofa bed that would suit a child. 6 x Single ocean view These are found to the fore and aft of the Gallery and Marina decks and may accommodate one passenger in a single bed and a second on a pullman bed if required. Approximately 130 square feet, with ensuite shower and WC, dressing table, TV, and porthole windows.
