Chuck Payne (Original) Rockland Marine was the naval architect firm involved in the technical vessel plans for PHOENIX. Chuck Payne (Original) Rockland Marine (Refit) is also associated with the yacht general design work for this yacht. Created at Mil-Davie Shipbuilding this vessel was fabricated in Canada. She was successfully launched in Lauzon, Quebec in 1971 before being handed over to the owner. A fairly large proportion is manifested with a widest beam (width) of 9.14 m or 30 ft. With a 3.96m (13ft) draught (maximum depth) she is reasonably deep. The material steel was used in the building of the hull of the motor yacht. Her superstructure over the hull is built out of steel.
