The yacht's general design work came from Nqea and Ga Granville. The professional naval architect plans are the products of Nqea. Motor Yacht OPHELIA received her stylish interior designing from the interior design office of Fmca. Created at Nqea Australia Pty the yacht was built in the country of Australia. She was officially launched in Cairns in 2004 before being transferred to the owner. A fairly large feeling is achieved with a widest beam (width) of 8.1 m or 26.5 ft. With a 2.7m (8.8ft) draught (maximum depth) she is reasonably shallow. The material aluminium was used in the building of the hull of the motor yacht. Her superstructure above deck is fashioned from aluminium. In 2006 further refitting and modernisation was also performed.
