AMANDA is a lovely classic 24m motor yacht built in 1956 and completely refitted in 2018. Her modern-day amenities and deluxe interiors sleep up to twelve guests over five cabins while a crew of four services the vessel.

EXTERIOR

The main deck aft is sheltered by a hardtop for shelter from sun and sea spray while dining alfresco. An elongated sofa is placed down each side to seat all 12 guests and a long raised dining table takes up the central area. The gang plank is located to the stern, along with a ladder for access to the swim platform.

Forward of the main salon and helm station there is an extensive sunbathing area made up of numerous sun pads. The foredeck is shaded by a canvas that can be removed for sun-exposed dining. A circular dining table with a rectangular extension towards the bow will seat up to 10 guests at the removable seats, while padded seating is placed along both gunwales. The forward bar has an excellent selection of spirits and soft drinks for refreshments for all ages.

INTERIOR
The lower deck layout places a double cabin that can sleeps up to 4 in the bow, with a bathroom and writing desk also in the room. Immediately behind is the galley and a seating area, while amidships there is a saloon, which provides a classic environment of dark wooden panelling and white ceiling and upholstery combined with large windows for excellent natural illumination. Wall sconces enhance the evening ambiance for guests sitting on the large sofa or in the arm chair around the coffee table.

Aft of amidships there are two twin cabins to starboard with bathrooms on the port side, and two double cabins are placed side-by-side to the aft. The crew accommodation is placed within the stern and is accessed via a separate stairway to ensure guest privacy.

Guests ascend the spiral staircase to arrive in the bridge, where a deep sofa is placed behind the helm station controls. The aft interior section is dedicated to the combined main salon and formal dining area, which is placed to starboard and consists of two sofas and additional movable chairs placed around a dining table. On the opposite aft cabinet there is a widescreen TV.

A pair of Rolls-Royce engines producing 200 BHP each creates a cruising speed of 10 knots and a maximum speed of 12 knots.

Accommodation includes two double-bedded cabin, two twin cabins and one cabin that can sleep either four guests on single beds or can be converted into one double bed and two singles above. Cabins share three bathrooms.
