37m/120ft open yacht KJOS is an aluminium planing yacht and was built by Palmer Johnson in 2009 and was last upgraded in 2018 with a new tender, water toys and interiors. She features the exterior styling of the shipyard with interiors from Nuvolari-Lenard. Capable of a cruising speed of 24 knots and a top speed of 28 knots, she is excellent for island hopping and visiting multiple close locations with little time spent in transit. Her accommodation sleeps up to 8 guests over four spacious cabins.
Notable features: ~Extensive outdoor sunbathing spaces ~Generous guest cabins ~Extensive aft swim platform ~Family-friendly environment ~Eye-catching exterior colour scheme ~The only 120 Palmer Johnson yacht with TRAC zero speed stabilisers
Using a beam of 7m/25ft, the open plan salon places the formal dining area close to the aft sliding doors to receive fresh air and a wealth of natural light while six guests dine. Forward, sumptuous sofas and armchairs in white and purple are positioned in front of a widescreen TV. Windows span the length of the interior for excellent views and natural light for reading and socialising.
A set of steps connects the large swim platform to the main deck aft, which is fitted with sunpads and three vibrant red sofas surrounding a fold-out table. In the shaded cockpit, there is a sofa and table on the port side for informal alfresco dining. On the bow, a large sun pad section takes in sweeping forward views and catches the all-day sun.

“There’s the pleasure derived from beauty - beautiful things alone can save us. There’s no explicit functionality which can show the way to project design related decision making. What moves everything is passion for beauty. This is the sexiest thing about the boat taken as an object which really makes it very different to houses, paintings, or other forms of art. The chance to put your boat object you have fallen in love with on show for all to see. It’s a near perverted aspect of wanting to share your very own passion with someone else. Boats can be shown off anywhere. And moreover you sleep inside her, you cruise in beautiful places with her and having style you probably enjoy better interiors than you have at home.
