Built by Bilgin Yachts and launched in 2019, 47.40 m (155' 6") luxury yacht MOONRAKER (ex Snow 5, Lilium, Bilgin 156/2) is constructed with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure and is the second hull in the Bilgin 156 series. She features the naval architecture and exterior styling of Unique Yacht Design, while the interiors are the work of İlkay Dovan from the shipyard in-house team. Spanning four decks, her amenities include two Jacuzzis and a wet bar as well as numerous alfresco dining and lounging areas. The accommodation sleeps a maximum of 10 guests over five en-suite cabins, with a crew of nine to ensure that all guests have a stellar cruising experience.

EXTERIOR

The lower deck offers a spacious environment close to the water where guests can spread out on sun loungers or get out the full complement of water toys. Upon the main deck aft, a large sofa lines the stern and a coffee table creates a casual space for alfresco meals and watching the world go by.

The partially exposed upper deck has sunbeds along the stern and room for a large alfresco dining table to seat all guests in the shade. The Portuguese deck is fitted with a C-shaped sofa and a coffee table that can be shaded by a canvas screen, plus a Jacuzzi farther forward. The bow is used to store motorised water toys, which are launched and retrieved using a Davit crane.

Upon the sundeck, the second Jacuzzi is located forward and enjoys sweeping views of the surroundings, with sun pads on both sides to dry off in the sunshine. Beneath the shade of the hardtop, there is a C-shaped sofa and table for alfresco meals and a wet bar, while along the stern there is space for sun loungers to be placed out of room for a tender and a Davit crane.

INTERIOR

The interiors were imagined through a kaleidoscope in every detail, and radial designs are noticeable throughout the clean and bright living spaces: The main foyer has a staircase where the light streams down from the sundeck Jacuzzi above, and the 'Caviar lights' inspired by nature have accents in gold and silver that, just like the marble in the en-suite bathrooms, break with the pristine white appearance to be found everywhere else on board.

The Master suite and guest cabins all have a special design feature such as the headboards with integrated lighting, which complements the range of natural materials and textures within the surroundings.

Compared to the original Bilgin 156 layout for MOONRAKER the galley has also been changed to minimise disruption to guests, with an island counter allowing for greater movement and productivity, and a pantry between the galley and living room for quick access to supplies.

Twin 1,148 HP MTU 12V 2000 M72 engines create a top speed of 16 knots, a cruising speed of 12 knots and a range above 5,000 nautical miles at half-load.

The accommodation sleeps a maximum of 10 guests across 5 en-suite cabins: 1 main deck Master suite and 4 further guest cabins located on the lower deck. The crew of 9 will take care of every detail for a memorable journey for every guest on board.
