Luxury superyacht LUMINOSITY (ex.ZOZA, FB272) is an FB272 vessel by Benetti launched in 2019 as the second yacht in the Italian shipyard's 'giga yacht season'. She measures 107.6m/353ft and was constructed with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure to the Passenger Yacht Code (PYC). Six decks form her timeless and one-of-a-kind profile, which was designed by the Owner, an important contributor to the project. The Owner also produced the exterior styling in collaboration with Hugo van Wieringen from Azure Naval Architects, which was later refined by Giorgio Cassetta from Benetti's in-house team. Raymond Langton Design and Zaniz Jakubowski of Zaniz Interiors produced the interior styling for this spectacular mega yacht.

EXTERIOR

From the lower deck swim platform guests have access to the magnificent beach club, while steps descend into the sea for easy access in and out of the water. Through the beach club guests have access to the main deck aft, which is furnished for casual outdoor living day or night. The upper deck aft has a similar setup to the main deck aft with the addition of an alfresco dining area. This area can be made private to become the Owner's deck.

On the foredeck there is an abundance of space for outdoor exercise. An alfresco lounge is placed in the shade of the overhang for guests to enjoy time outdoors.

The bridge deck aft provides one last alfresco lounging and dining area, shaded by the sundeck aft which is a certified helipad. The sundeck forward comes with a wet bar to starboard, a Jacuzzi to port and a central alfresco dining area.

INTERIOR

The interior styling and outdoor decor were designed by the renowned designer Zaniz Jakubowski of Zaniz Interiors, who also took over the exterior styling from Raymond Langton Designs following the 3D modelling stage.

The impressive interior styling takes inspiration from several sources - Matisse's geometric shapes in the main salon and skylounge, a Man Ray eye at the bottom of the spiral staircase, Damien Hirst circles on the French limestone floor of the main foyer.

The lower deck aft hosts a large beach club that has a swimming pool, plunge pool, a lounge and a fully-equipped gym. Aft of the beach club, there is a formal dining area with a fold-down terrace to give a more alfresco experience.

The main deck foyer features French limestone inlaid with malachite and other semi-precious stones. A glass and steel staircase leads up through the light-filled space and LED wall panels create a moving mural that also lights the passageway at night. The main salon boasts floor-to-ceiling windows with lighting fixtures inspired by Matisse. The monochrome colour scheme uses gloss surfaces as much as possible to reflect the natural light, such as in the large black forward formal dining table surrounded by 12 white chairs. Seating areas are arranged by the windows for the group to split into smaller areas for more personal conversations.

On the upper deck, the forward space is dedicated to the conference room, which enjoys fantastic views and plenty of natural light. The skylounge amidships has similar styling to the main salon and aft is the Master suite, with a king-sized bed looking out across the upper deck aft. The room also has surround sound and a sitting area with armchairs placed around a coffee table. More guest accommodation can be found on the main and lower decks, some of which have fireplaces and all have ample space with en-suite facilities.
