The yacht's general design work came from Michel Joubert and Bernard Nivelt. The formal naval architecture drawings are a creation of Michel Joubert. Motor Yacht LEPANTE received her elegant interior designing from the interior design firm of Owner. Built by Ocea Shipbuilding the vessel was fabricated within France. She was successfully launched in Les Sables D'olonne in 2004 before being transferred to the owner. A moderate proportion is achieved with a total beam (width) of 6.3 metres / 20.7 ft. With a 1.9m (6.2ft) draught (maximum depth) she is shallow. The material aluminium was used in the building of the hull of the motor yacht. Her superstructure over the hull is created out of aluminium.

She is engineered with twin quality MTU main engine(s) and can attain a comparatively good maximum speed underway of around 17 knots. The main engine of the yacht produces 600 horse power (or 442 kilowatts). Her total HP is 1200 HP and her total Kilowatts are 883. Coupled to the LEPANTE engines are twin screw propellers.
