This motor yacht LAZY Z is a superyacht of large proportions. This 51 metre (166 foot) luxury yacht was the work of by Oceanco Yachts (Alblasserdam Yachtbuilding) in 1997. LAZY Z was previously registered as the project or yacht name Accolade; Lady S. Superyacht LAZY Z is a sumptuous yacht that is able to accommodate as many as 12 passengers on board and has a total of 13 crew. The naval architecture office responsible for this yacht's plans and general arangement on the yacht was Richard Hein and Oceanco. The A Group in addition was the designer which over saw this boat's interior styling.

The yacht's wider design collaboration came from Richard Hein and Oceanco. The technical naval architect drawings are a work of Richard Hein. Motor Yacht LAZY Z received her stylish interior designing from the interior design firm of The A Group. the Netherlands is the country that Oceanco Yachts (Alblasserdam Yachtbuilding) built their new build motor yacht in. After her official launch in 1997 in Dreumel the boat was handed over to the owner following sea trials. A spacious area is brought about with a maximum beam (width) of 9.45 metres or 31 feet. With a 3.11m (10.2ft) draught (maximum depth) she is deep. The material steel was used in the building of the hull of the motor yacht. Her superstructure over the hull is created with the use of aluminium. In 2008 extra refit work and modernisation was additionally finished.
