This good sized luxury yacht GAUDEAMUS is a motor yacht. This 35 m (115 foot) luxury yacht was constructed by Greenbay Marine Pte in 1996. GAUDEAMUS was previously called Pearl Of The Orient; Osiana Ii. Superyacht GAUDEAMUS is a stylish yacht that is able to sleep a total of 10 people on board and has a total of 6 crew members. Christened for 1996 her reasonably modern interior design and decor illustrates the traditional interpretations from Leese Robertson Freeman and their approach to interior yacht design.

Motor yacht GAUDEAMUS’ main salon is the full 23' beam of the yacht to give a large open feeling. The exquisite joinery is mainly pear wood with highlights of maple burl in a soft satin finish. A highlight of GAUDEAMUS’ interior is the tray ceiling with the overhead panels cut in a curving pattern with swirls of mini lights to give the impression of stars at night. The dining table located at the forward end of the salon can be expanded to allow seating for ten.

The yacht's general design work came from Studio Scanu and Studio Zuccon International Project. The professional naval architect drawings are the creation of Studio Scanu. Motor Yacht GAUDEAMUS received her stylish interior designing from the interior design firm of Leese Robertson Freeman. Singapore is the country that Greenbay Marine Pte constructed their new build motor yacht in. After formal launch in 1996 in Jurong the boat was then handed over to the proud new owner having completed final finishing. The hull was constructed with aluminium. The motor yacht superstructure is fabricated extensively using aluminium. With a beam of 7.19 metres / 23.6 feet GAUDEAMUS has reasonable internal space. She has a reasonably shallow draught of 2.5m (8.2ft). She had refit improvement and alteration work completed in 2002.
