Stefano Righini was the naval architect firm involved in the technical vessel composition for AL GHANDI. Her interior design was realised by Zuretti Interior Design. Stefano Righini is also associated with the yacht general design work for this yacht. In 1997 she was formally launched to celebration in Viareggio and post sea trials and detailing was then delivered to the owner. Azimut Yachts completed their new build motor yacht in Italy.
