The luxury industry has always been demanding, craving for more incredible ideas that will transform into real-life luxury toys to satisfy the wants of the high society. This time Earth meets Water and the world-renowned car manufacturers propose their designs of luxury boats and yachts. This makes perfect sense, as what is a luxury car without a luxury yacht? Here are seven most incredible yacht concepts developed by outstanding car designers.

PORSCHE DESIGN: Fearless 28

Back in 2007 Porsche Design Studio teamed up with Fearless International to create an innovative high-speed luxury motorboat Fearless A28. The yacht builder identified a huge potential in launching the boat, as A28 was believed to have a lot of demand in the American market. A28 ranges in size from 8.4 to 45 metres. Porsche designed the boat with a maximum output of 550hp. Fearless A28 features racing seats to enhance the fast-speed cruising experience. The boat is priced at around $350,000.

PORSCHE DESIGN: Royal Falcon Fleet 135 Catamaran

Porsche was one of the first luxury vehicle manufactures to make a move with a yacht concept. The successful concept reconfirmed the capabilities of Porsche Desing to create an immaculate luxury design, and the concept soon enough received recognition. The beautiful 41.4m yacht design resembled a sports car, and had a maximum speed of 30kn. The Swedish company Incat Crowther signed an agreement with Royal Falcon Fleet to take care of the naval architecture and construction of the first two units. However, there is a lot of mystery surrounding the project, as the fist unit has been in construction since 2011 and is not looking to be near its completion.

JAGUAR: The Concept Speedboat

The Canadian yacht designer Ivan Erdevicki worked closely with Jaguar to create the 6.1m speedboat concept. This was not, unfortunately a concept that was turned into a real boat, as Jaguar never planned to set up a production of the boat. “We recognize that both our existing and future customers enjoy diverse and active lifestyles. With the launch of the new Jaguar XF Sportbrake, we had an opportunity to create a vision of how our design philosophy might be applied to an alternative product, in which speed and beauty are also priorities,” said Ian Callum, Jaguar Director of Design. The concept was designed to compliment the launch of Jaguar XF Sportbrake.
