Taking place later this month, Triton Submarines, LLC (Triton) will be exhibiting their line of luxury submersibles at the 2012 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. The deep-diving submersibles produced by this US company are well known. They feature the transparent acrylic hulls that offer an unprecedented underwater viewing experience.

Triton will also be introducing the world’s first and only luxury submarine charter service, Triton Submarine Charters, LLC (TSC). In addition to chartering submersibles, TSC has partnered with Henry Cookson Adventures to create unique travel experiences that reset the bar in adventure tourism. TSC will be sending its submersibles to Antarctica this December on a Henry Cookson Adventures trip on board the expedition charter yacht SURI. TSC currently has two submersibles available for charter and can deliver them to any location worldwide. Patrick Lahey, TSC’s President is pleased with the immediate demand for TSC’s services. “We have more requests for charter than we can handle. We are going to have to add several submersibles to our charter fleet. It’s a great problem to have.”
