AB Yachts of the world-renowned FIPA Group have recently launched their latest AB 140 yacht model during a launching ceremony that took place in the port of Marina di Carrara.

For the new owner of the gorgeous 42 m semi-custom motor yacht AB140 Prof. Dr. Christoph Ph. Schließmann of TheYachtAttorney has developed, right from the beginning of the construction, a tailor-made legal, fiscal and economic lease and operation concept, saving about € 1.2 million in VAT tax under Maltese flag.
With an all-round the yacht, worry-free full service package Christoph Schließmann assured the purchase and set up of the yacht as trouble-free and unproblematic as possible: The Program includes the foundation and fiduciary business of the holding company, and the entire financial engineering concept and the design of the leasing model and the tax settlement. In addition, the technical surveys of the yacht were accompanied, the crew contracts designed and relevant driving license and insurance issues clarified.
The lessee meanwhile received all papers presented just with congratulations and a “You can leave” and can cruise with the secure feeling in the Mediterranean.
