At the successful HISWA in-water Boat Show in Amsterdam, Knippels Yachting presented their new STORM X-65 as well as X-78 yacht series. Both yacht designs have been developed by Omega Architects and Van Oossanen Naval Architects, achieving great success at this event.

A great deal of thought has also gone into the way the STORM 78 yacht functions. The vessel has been designed to maximise the space available to six adults. With a superyacht-like aft deck and a superlative main saloon, the options for peaceful lounging are many.
The flybridge has a second steering position, a customisable cockpit and room enough for everyone to sit together, sunbathe and relax while admiring the vista of the fjords or St. Tropez. There is also a multi-functional area that can be used, for example, to house a tender.
The all-aluminium STORM 78 yacht is a fast A-class yacht with a top speed of 26 knots. She has a considerable range and would even be suitable for a circumnavigation.
