Ferretti Yachts attended the Beirut Boat Show 2012

The Ferretti Group, one of the world leaders in the building of motor yachts, with an amazing portfolio of the most prominent and extraordinary brands in the nautical world, continues its active presence in the major international boat shows worldwide. This respected Italian builder attended the eighth edition of the Beirut International Boat & Super Yacht Show, taking place in the fabulous Joseph Khoury Marina, in Beirut until May 20.

The Ferretti Group, through its local dealer Sea Pros, boasted one of the largest stands of the Show, extending over more than 800 square metres on land, where visitors had the opportunity to receive thorough and detailed information on the entire range of the Group’s eight brands. The Group’s exhibition area was completed by over 3,000 square metres in the water, where the eleven models taking part in the Show were on display, representing the Ferretti Yachts, Pershing, Bertram, Riva, Mochi Craft, and Ferretti Custom Line brands.

The Ferretti Group was presenting four boats representing the Riva brand – 63’ Vertigo yacht, 68’ Ego (an example is the charter yacht White Lotus), 75’ Venere (an example could be the luxury charter yacht Stingray M) e 85’ Opera Super (such as the charter yacht 4FIVE), three Ferretti Custom Line maxi yachts – Custom Line 97’ (for example the charter yacht Lady Chatterley), the Custom Line 112’ superyacht Next and Navetta 33 (an example is the motor yacht Gladiator), as well as the Ferretti 881 yacht, Pershing 72’, Bertram 360, and Mochi Craft Dolphin 44’.

The AC45 will allow all America’s Cup teams to grow their experience on wingsailed multihulls. The 45 will be used throughout 2012 in the America’s Cup World Series events. AC45 – designed by the ORACLE Racing design and engineering team – is an high-tech, grand prix race boat, powered by a wing that towers over 20 meters above the deck and has already demonstrated excellent performance in winds from 5 to 30 knots. The America’s Cup World Series allows the teams and their sailors to prepare for the Louis Vuitton Cup and the America’s Cup Finals. With the switch to the AC45 class of cutting-edge multihulls, powered by towering wingsails, this time on the race courses will benefit all of the sailors. Equally, the regattas are bringing America’s Cup racing to fans around the world and giving – in particular for Marhaba or Inspiration B charter guests – the opportunity to experience the action up close and personal.

Motor yacht Inspiration B is a 2006 29m (97′ 7″) CRN Ancona Custom Line 97 motor yacht with a smooth silhouette and interior styling that are the product of uncompromising expertise by in-house designers and engineers. Every aspect is both modern and sophisticated. INSPIRATION B offers a stylish contemporary interior as well as very good deck spaces with features such as large dining table on the aft deck and great sundeck with Jacuzzi pool.

Magnificent views can be enjoyed through the newly designed panoramic windows in all of the guest cabins. A fully equipped bar is situated on the starboard side, and a spacious wine cooler is provided as an extra. The dining area onboard yacht INSPIRATION B provides seating for up to eight charter guests. At the touch of a button a 42-inch plasma TV with surround sound, folds down from the ceiling.

The Inspiration B motor yacht aft deck and fore deck are the ideal places to start your day, with breakfast in the open-air, or enjoy evening cocktails among friends whilst relaxing in your favourite bay.

M/Y INSIRATION B offers accommodation for 12 guests in 5 cabins with 5 crew in 3 cabins. Inspiration B’s Master Stateroom is located forward of the galley and saloon, and designed to the highest specification. This magnificent suite is provided with many extras including a wireless a B&O TV with surround sound, and Radiomarelli Playtime slave. Motor yacht MARHABA is a 32,9m (108ft) “fast commuter” motor yacht built by Ocea Shipbuilding in 2007. M/Y MARHABA features exterior design and engineering by Joubert Nivelt.

The charter yacht MARHABA has an attractive, contemporary interior, decorated mainly in crisp white and navy blue, with attractive dark wood flooring. The comfortable salon boasts beautiful wooden floors and a large comfortable couch in a blue and white striped nautical theme creating a relaxed and modern ambiance, with a separate dining room for formal dining. The MARHABA motor yacht features a navy blue hull and timeless classic lines along with supreme exterior spaces offering several areas to dine or relax on sunbeds. The range of deck spaces offers different environments for outdoor living and dining including an attractive seating and dining area aft of the main deck, with a nicely laid out sun deck, comprising a central lounge and dining area, a sunbathing area aft and ample sun pads forward of the bridge, where you can retire to soak up some sun with a cold drink and a glorious view.

Ferretti Custom Line has launched motor yacht Desta, the first full of the Ferretti Custom Line 100’ series (CL100). The new Ferretti Custom Line 100 series (CL100) is an all-composite motor yacht measuring 30.60m that features a more modern and sporty exterior design.

The Custom Line Yacht project was developed through the relationship between super yacht designers, Zuccon International Project, the Advanced Yacht Technology (AYT), the Ferretti Group’s naval research and design center, and the team of architects and designers at the Centro Stile Ferretti Group.

Zuccon International Project is responsible for the contemporary and modern interior design of the vessel. Design features include a side opening glass door on the main deck which extends the salon onto a purpose-built balcony, and large openings enabling plenty of natural light to penetrate inside.

The new Custom Line CL100 yacht DESTA is able to accommodate up to 10 guests in a full-beam master suite located on the main deck, and four double cabins on the lower deck. The full beam master suite was developed with the aim of improving the living conditions inside the yacht bringing a significant increase in on-board space and creating new external routes typical of larger yachts.

The 4 guest staterooms on the lower level all have en-suite facilities and large open view windows over the ocean.

There is also plenty of room for outdoor living, with a fly bridge equipped with large sun pads and an external lounge at bow on the main deck.

The Ferretti Custom Line 100 yacht Desta will boast a top speed of 26 knots running on twin 2,639hp MTU engines.

The Customline 100 yacht is based on the same raised pilothouse concept as the Custom Line 97 however is not the successor to the highly successful 97 series which will stay in production for more traditional clients.

The first Custom Line 100 Desta is now delivered, and further sisters are already in production. Custom Line will debut its new Custom Line 100 motor yacht Desta at the Festival de la Plaisance at Cannes in September 2011.

The Customline 100 yacht is based on the same raised pilothouse concept as the Custom Line 97 however is not the successor to the highly successful 97 series which will stay in production for more traditional clients.

The brand new 29.5m Ferretti Custom Line 97 superyacht Casta Diva is preparing to be delivered in May 2011, in time for the Mediterranean summer cruising season. The yacht is able to accommodate up to 8 guests in four cabins and can cruise with up to twenty guests onboard.

The Custom Line 97 Casta Diva motor yacht features a custom flybridge layout, and boasts interior design by Argent Design of London. The hull design of the Custom Line 97 model is by AYT Ferretti Engineering Department. The yacht boasts attention to detail throughout that will offer great charter potential.

Yacht Casta Diva features a GRP planning hull and thanks to twin MTU 16V 2000 M93 engines, she is expected to reach a maximum speed of around 27 knots with a cruising speed of approximately 24 knots with a cruising range of about 360 nautical miles. The yacht weighs just under 120 tonnes, is 29.57m (97ft) with a 7.08-meter beam and a 1.80-meter full draught.

Casta Diva is on course to be delivered in May of this year.
