The 111m Vintage Motor Yacht by Blohm + Voss

September 01, 2010

Classic Lines with state-of-the-art equipment and manufacturing techniques
Hamburg, September, 2010

The expert team of Blohm + Voss is developing various pre-designed custom
yachts allowing clients to profit from the Blohm + Voss experience in large
yacht newbuild.

Following “B+V 110m/fast” and “B+V 120 MY/X” the next project to be
presented is the 111m (364’) Motor Yacht:

B+V 111 MY/ Vintage

In a history of more than 130 years Blohm + Voss has built well-known Yachts in finest
yacht building quality including legends such as MY SAVARONA.
B+V 111 MY/ Vintage links classical hull lines of yachts of the 1930’s with state of the
art equipment and manufacturing techniques.

The harmonic outer appearance is marked by traditional sheer and continuing deck,
connecting the bow-sprit with the classical shaped cruiser stern.

Characteristic rudimentary features of an important epoch of yacht design are also the
backwards leaned funnels and the sideways arranged air intakes, while the bulbous
bridge wings and the forward deck hoods implement modern design elements.

The yacht provides a helicopter landing deck, 2 large tender bays and 2 on deck spaces
for classical, davit-launched picnic tenders. This arrangement allows for a very
comfortable transfer for Owner and Guests.
ThyssenKrupp Marine Systems

A special design feature is a viewing platform located up in the aft mast to enjoy a
stunning outlook over the yacht and the surrounding scenery. Access to the platform is
via a glazed elevator that allows guests to reach the platform in a very comfortable and
safe way from various decks.

The very spacious exterior deck areas, a swimming pool with glazed side panels and a
large beach club in the aft offer various possibilities for all kind of water sports. Sea
access is either from the sideways beach club platforms or the aft stern ramp.
One entire deck (deck 5) is dedicated to the Owner’s large residential suite in the forward
part which includes a large bedroom, his and her bathroom and respective dressing
areas as well as a private dining room and a private gym. The impressive Owner’s
lounge, facing towards aft, has a direct access to the open pool area.

One deck below (Main Deck/deck 4), up to 12 Guests can be accommodated in 4 luxury
and 2 VIP guests cabins. Walking through a gallery space the guests reach an indoor
dining area that has a lounge area in the aft and connects to a shady aft deck for al fresco
dining including bar and sitting area.

In order to assure efficient and discreet guest services, Owner and Guests spaces have
been carefully separated from the crew service flow insuring minimum disturbance.
Crew cabins for 25 crew members are located on the Boat Deck (deck 3) including the
crew mess. Crew boarding can be done independently from Owner and Guests through a
dedicated crew entrance on the same deck. Galley and provision storage are on the same
deck allowing for easy access and provisioning. The same applies to the separate access
to the beach club so that preparation and set up work of the beach club and water sports
equipment can be done without disturbance to the Owner and his Guests.

The yacht has been designed for comfortable and reliable worldwide cruising in a
contemporary interpretation on the style of the early yachts of the 1930’s.
Needless to say modern technologies and up to date diesel-mechanical propulsion
system, a fuel capacity for 4.000nm at 14kn service speed and retractable fin stabilizers
will assure today’s expected service and comfort levels.

ThyssenKrupp Performs in the first 9 months 2010

August 13, 2010

ThyssenKrupp the large Germany manufacturing company, which builds large private superyachts under the name Blohm + Voss, as well as many other things, has seen improved performance noticeably in fiscal year 2009/2010: Order intake and sales increased quarter by quarter and in the first 9 months of 2009/2010 were up from the prior-year period. The earnings situation also improved. A profit was generated in all three quarters, with the past quarter’s result the best for seven quarters. Altogether ThyssenKrupp achieved earnings before taxes of €918 million in the first 9 months 2009/2010 – an increase of €1,905 million from the pre-tax loss of €987 million in the prior-year period. Adjusted EBT at €923 million was also considerably higher than the prior-year figure of €(506) million.

The yachting component of the business includes Blohm + Voss large yacht building experience, and the expert team of Blohm + Voss has developed a variety of custom yachts proposals including the B+V 120 MY/X Explorer motor yacht whih has been laid out to combine the capability of worldwide cruising at a maximum possible comfort for the Owner and 16 Guests and above all enough space for a vast amount of exploration equipment.

Further recovery in key customer sectors: Quarter by quarter increase in order intake and sales / Improvement in earnings: EBT of €918 million generated in first 9 months / 3rd quarter: EBT of €414 million best for seven quarters / Outlook raised: Adjusted EBT expected to be in the mid to higher three-digit million euro range

Dr. Ekkehard Schulz, Chairman of the Executive Board of ThyssenKrupp AG: “Demand has improved significantly in our key customer sectors and core markets. But with the economic environment remaining volatile, we will continue systematically with our chosen course of continuous structural optimization. Based on the positive business trend in the first 9 months of the fiscal year our outlook for full-year sales and earnings has improved.”

We expect a slight increase in sales in fiscal 2009/2010. Earnings are expected to improve significantly and return to profit, thanks in part to the cost reduction programs we have initiated. Adjusted earnings before interest and taxes (excluding nonrecurring items) will probably exceed one billion euros. Adjusted earnings before taxes (excluding nonrecurring items) are expected to be in the mid to higher three-digit million euro range. Adjusted EBT will be significantly impacted by startup losses in the Steel Americas business area in the mid three-digit million euro range.

Dr. Ekkehard Schulz, Chairman of the Executive Board of ThyssenKrupp AG: “We have successfully started up the first key units at our new plants in North and South America: Blast furnace 1 in Brazil was fired up in mid July and the hot strip mill in Alabama produced its first coil at the end of July. We are pleased that even in this early phase of the ramp-up our new facilities are meeting with strong demand from our customers in the NAFTA region.”

The highlights for the first 9 months 2009/2010:

Compared with the first 9 months of the previous fiscal year, order intake increased by 8% to €30.6 billion.

Sales were 1% higher at €31.1 billion.

EBITDA improved to €2,443 million from €726 million in the prior year.

EBIT came to €1,418 million, compared with €(466) million in the prior year.

Adjusted EBIT increased from €15 million in the prior year to €1,423 million.

EBT at €918 million exceeded the prior-year figure of €(987) million.

Adjusted EBT amounted to €923 million, compared with €(506) million in the prior year.

Earnings per share improved year-on-year from €(1.73) to €1.38.

Net financial debt at June 30, 2010 was €3,753 million, an increase of €1,694 million compared with September 30, 2009, when we reported net financial debt of €2,059 million. Capital spending in the same period amounted to €2,460 million, of which €1,708 million alone related to the major projects in Brazil and the USA.

Highlights for the 3rd quarter:

3rd-quarter order intake was up 38% from the prior-year period at €10.9 billion.

Sales at €11.7 billion were 26% higher than a year earlier.

EBITDA improved by €1.1 billion to €935 million.

EBIT reached €587 million, compared with €(597) million in the prior year.

Adjusted EBIT increased year-on-year from €(289) million to €653 million.

At €414 million, EBT significantly exceeded the prior-year figure of €(772) million.

Adjusted EBT was €480 million, compared with €(464) million a year earlier.

Earnings per share improved from €(1.38) to €0.58.

Our expectations for the individual business areas in the 4th fiscal quarter are as follows:

Steel Europe – Good capacity utilization, higher average selling prices and significantly higher raw material costs

Steel Americas – Negative EBT contribution due to startup losses for the steel and processing plants in Brazil and the USA

Stainless Global – Slipping volumes, mainly due to seasonal factors, stable end-customer business and slow demand from distributors due to nickel price

Materials Services – Slipping volumes, mainly due to seasonal factors, higher flat steel prices and continuing strong demand from the auto and machinery sectors

Elevator Technology – Continuing high earnings contributions thanks to high orders in hand and steady maintenance business

Plant Technology – Continuing good revenue and earnings visibility in project business due to order backlog with good earnings quality

Components Technology – Recovery in demand for construction equipment, mainly positive earnings from automotive suppliers and continuing positive earnings contribution from slewing bearings for the wind energy sector

Marine Systems – Continuing losses due to lack of work in civil shipbuilding until completion of consolidation of shipyard sites

In 2010/2011 ThyssenKrupp expects an improvement in the overall economic environment and further positive effects from its cost reduction programs. This will have a corresponding impact on sales and earnings.

G.L. Watson & Co. designed Super Yacht NAHLIN

July 30, 2010

Super Yacht NAHLIN is a 91.44 metre vessel first designed in 1929 by G.L. Watson & Co. and built in 1930 by John Brown & Co..  Rediscovered  a few years back, she was completely restored to her full splendour by Nobiskrug Shipyard and Blohm + Voss Shipyard over the past four five years.

MotorYacht Nahlin can accommodate up to 14 guests aboard together with a crew of around 47 members. Her beam measures 11.03 metres in width, which reflects her very spacious proportions. She is also reasonably deep with a draught of 4.51 metres. Connected to her Curtis-Brown engine(s) are twin screw propellers. The main engine of the yacht produces 2200 horse power (or 1619 kilowatts). She is fitted with 4 engines. The total power for the boat is therefore 8800 HP or 6475 KW.

SuperYacht Nahlin in her full splendor on the river Dart

SUPER YACHT NAHLIN’S HISTORY goes right back to 1929, when G.L. Watson & Co. were commissioned by the heiress Lady Yule to design a steam yacht that would take her to every part of the globe she desired to see. G.L. Watson & Co. then went on to design the very impressive yacht of her times, which was at the top of the evolution of clipper bow and counter stern steam yachts.  She was then Clyde-built by John Brown & Co. and became a very acclaimed yacht of her day and she remains the ultimate classic power-yacht to this day, thanks to her amazing survival.

Lady Yule made several extended cruises on board of the Yacht Nahlin. In 1932 she wrote to Nahlin’s  designer James Rennie Barnett , senior partner of G.L. Watson & Co., that Nahlin Yacht was “the most beautiful yacht in the worlds and the most seaworthy”. Having seen “every corner of the globe she desired to visit”, in 1936 Lady Yule decided to make superyacht Nahlin available for charter or sale. In August 1936 she was chartered by King Edward VIII for a private cruise. In 1937 King Carol II acquired Yacht Nahlin, however less than two years later, with the outbreak of the war, Kind Carol resigned his throne and left yacht Nahlin on the river Danube.  Amazingly Nahlin superyacht survived almost unmodified since then.

Super Yacht Nahlin before

She was discovered in 1988, when the young yachtsman, William Collier set about to investigate yacht Nahlin’s whereabouts, encouraged by the broker Nicholas Edmiston. Collier discovered Super Yacht Nahlin operating as a floating restaurant on the river Danube in Romania. With the collapse of the Soviet block the yacht was sold to a privatised company. Here, Edmiston and Collier began to work hard on her purchase and repatriation. After large amount of frustration and hard work, finally, in 1999 Motor Yacht Nahlin returned home to British waters. She is once again registered in her home port of Glasgow.

From 1999 to 2005 G.L. Watson & Co started a comprehensive programme to stabilise her condition, document all surviving material and began to prepare her for restoration. Her hull was thoroughly examined, while she was dry-docked. Her interior was also cross-examined and CAD drawings were produced of her interior and panelling schemes.

In 2005 the restoration of the Motor Yacht Nahlin began under the supervision of G.L. Watson & Co., who acted as overall project managers, in collaboration with Owner’s Representative, Design Authority, Exterior Designer, Yacht Manager and Interior Designer of Crew & Service Areas.

The first stage of her restoration work on hull of the Luxury Motor Yacht NAHLIN was carried out by Nobiskrug Shipyard in Rendsburg. The following stage, the engineering and fit-out continued at the Blohm + Voss Shipyard in Hamburg. On the project other firms were participating from across the UK, Europe and beyond. These include Scottish and Merseyside engineering companies, who supplied John Brown’s about eighty years ago.

Blohm + Voss Super Yacht ORCA now christened Super Yacht Palladium

July 26, 2010

The 96 metre SuperYacht ORCA launched in March 2010 has been now christened to Yacht PALLADIUM.

Superyacht Palladium (ex Orca) Aft Image-Superyacht Photography by Klaus Kehrls in Hamburg

Superyacht Palladium (ex yacht Orca) has an orca inspired design by the renown design team at Michael Leach Design.  Her black and white markings and curved organic forms resemble those of the natures own king of the seas killer whale.

There are no interior images available at this stage, however yacht Palladium is believed to feature interiors created by Silverlining and Metrica. She is able to accommodate guests in eight luxuriously furnished cabins, some of them being full suites. The total accommodation therefor is for sixteen guests.

MotorYacht PALLADIUM features a steel hull and an aluminium superstructure. She is believed to be powered by 2 MTU 575 L70 Diesel Engines.

CharterWorld is eagerly awaiting further news about this fabulous Luxury SuperYacht Palladium, and will post them as soon as they are available.

Yacht Orca (now called yacht Palladuim) a 96m Blohm & Voss superyacht

June 15, 2010

Klaus sent in some very interesting new superyacht images of the Blohm & Voss 96 metre (314.96ft) Orca (now called yacht Palladuim) superyacht in Germany.  The ORCA yacht not only has an inspired name (named after the king of the sea the killer whale) but she has inspired yacht design by Michael Leach Design, in the Orca theme, with black and white markings and curved organic forms. A modern, powerful, innovative and futuristic superyacht, Palladuim is set to create quite a stir in luxury yachting circles and inspire media interest worldwide.

Motor Yacht ORCA - Superyacht Photography by Klaus Kehrls in Hamburg

One of the most important private luxury yachts now launched the 2010, motor yacht Palladuim is another testament to the yacht building abilities of the German builder Blohm & Voss Yachts. M/Y Orca is certainly a custom yacht in every respect with her unique and original design and innovation. In this new build project Blohm & Voss were able to make even the most complex and interesting design mandate come to life in this beautiful superyacht.

There are many adjectives that come to mind when looking at the early photos of yacht Palladuim– carnal, organic, curvaceous, sensual, powerful, evolutionary, majestic, and unique come to mind – but all in all she looks like something that is from and of the ocean. Surely this should be the highest accolade for superyacht builders and designers alike.

Superyacht ORCA - Aft Image - Superyacht Photography by Klaus Kehrls in Hamburg

Luxury yacht Palladuim’s almost sensual superstructure is very easy on the eye, but also it looks immediately different in setting itself apart from the other superyachts built to date. True, the styling reflects the mighty orca whale – and what a form in nature to mirror – but there are further structural as well as design differences because it is created from an advanced building system comprising a blend of steel, alloy and composites, as completed with innovative strengthened dark glazing.

The use of composites and glass in superyachts is in its infancy but many designers have taken up new materials and technologies and perhaps such techniques are a thing of the future now that Orca has lead the way.

Full details are yet to surface and there are no images of the Michael Leach interior as yet public. Yacht Orca is believed to feature interiors created by Silverlining and Metrica and has 8 guest cabins (some of them being full suites) thus accommodating 16 guests, a 16 m (52.49ft) beam.

From Michael Leach Design & SilverLinning:

“In this boat that will be delivered in 2010, the exterior form is reflected and sustained throughout the internal spaces. Michael Leach Design showed their fascination with organic design, taking inspiration from nature to create a fluid form and a strong, complex and dynamic structural design. Silverlining is working on 68 pieces of furniture, including 5m long bars and a 6m long dining table, which appears to be growing out of the floor. Achieving this effect posed special challenges for Silverlining: it had to build the large tabletop and support structure as single pieces. In addition it had to ensure perfect installation to the deck. The size of the table called for a lightweight and strong structure, and so Silverlining brought in composite material consultants from the Formula 1 industry to work with its in-house structural and audio-visual engineers to develop a solution.”

Powered by twin MTU 595 TE 70l Diesel engines, superyacht Orca can reach around 19 knots at top speed and can make 6000nm at her cruising speed of 14 knots. Yacht Palladuim will also accommodate two Cougar Marine custom yacht tenders on her sports garage space.

June 14, 2010

Here are some impressive photo images of the world’s largest superyacht ECLIPSE as sent in by ship and yacht photographer Klaus Kehrls. Klaus took these wonderful superyacht photographs of yacht ECLIPSE on the 18th of May-2010 in Hamburg Rüschpark.

Superyacht ECLIPSE Owned by Roman Abramovich is the Largest Private Luxury Yacht in the world. Yacht Eclipse - Photo image by ship and yacht photographer Klaus Kehrls

The huge steel displacement superyacht ECLIPSE measures around 170 metres, making her the world’s largest (or longest) private mega yacht in the world. M/Y ECLIPSE was designed by Hermidas Atabeyki with interior designs by the very well know yacht designer Terrence Disdale. She was built by the Thyssenkrupp Blohm + Voss shipyard in Hamburg, which is a large industrial giant in Germany. The mega yacht has a gross tonnage of around 13,000 tonnes and superyacht Eclipse is slightly larger (around 36 ft longer) than the world’s previous longest private luxury yacht Dubai at 162 m, as owned by Sheikh Mohammed of Dubai.

Summary of Motor Yacht Eclipse and her custom features:

Yacht Eclipse is able to accommodate her guests in 11 staterooms and suites with 6,000 sq ft of living space and 600 doors. The premiere luxury yacht features incredible technology including heli facilities (with two helicopter pads), two swimming pools, several hot tubs, a disco hall, three launch boats and a mini-submarine capable of submerging up to 165ft. The Blohm & Voss built mega yacht reportedly has intruder detection alarms installed as well as an advanced missile defence system.

Yacht ECLIPSE was built by the experienced yacht owner Roman Abramovich who has commissioned several motor yachts including Le Grand Bleu, Pelorus, Sussurro and Ecstasea and now Eclipse. Perhaps the most complex private yacht ever built, yacht Eclipse had a preliminary launch back in late 2009 and her finishing and testing currently underway by Blohm & Voss in Germany and Norway. - Photo image by ship and yacht photographer Klaus Kehrls

The yacht is also possibly equipped with an ‘anti-paparazzi shield’, as activated by camera flashlights, which prevents some photography when operating by using lasers aimed directly at the offending cameras to overexpose unwanted photographs. In addition some of the windows on megayacht ECLIPSE have bullet proof glass and other areas are armour-plated for ultimate security against increasing worldwide piracy attempts.

Yacht ECLIPSE was built by the yacht owner Mr. Roman Abramovich and had her preliminary launch back in late 2009 with finishing and testing still being carried out in Germany and Norway. Roman Abramovich the experienced owner has commissioned several motor yachts including Le Grand Bleu, Pelorus, Sussurro and Ecstasea and now Eclipse.

Luxury Superyachts yet to be Launched in 2010

May 09, 2010

Admiral Yachts

With an extra number of large superyachts already having been launched in 2010 there are still some very exciting new yachts which are as yet to be launched this year. Some of the luxury yacht new builds remain secret new build projects and their actual names have yet to be released to the public. Accordingly, until their actual launch, sea trials and official delivery to the yacht owner, many yachts are merely known by their project names.

By the end of 2010 the worldwide superyacht fleet is going to have changed quite markedly. The number, size and design advancements of luxury yachts to be launched (and already launched) this year has changed. This bulge in production began last year in 2009 and will continue into 2011. Some experts have suggested that we will never again see such a proliferation of new yachts being launched. It is certainly exciting times for the superyacht industry. There has been plenty of action for yacht designers, builders, managers, but also luxury yacht charters and yacht sales. Superyacht supply is for once keeping up with – and in many cases outstripping – superyacht owner demand.

The list of luxury yacht builders which are to launch large mega yachts includes companies one would certainly expect to be launching large superyachts, such as Oceanco, Feadship, Blohm + Voss, Benetti & Lurssen. However, this year there are also several less known and newcomer shipbuilder names that are to feature. These are yacht building companies than many will not heard of yet, but the names will certainly become more widely known after they launch their yachts, some of which are quite radical in design and imposing in size. They include ADM Shipyards, from the UAE, Marco Yachts from Chile and Fincantieri Yachts from Italy. Derecktor from the US also moves into the large megayacht scene with their Cakewalk motor yacht.

Here is a taste of some of the exciting superyachts over 50m as yet to be launched later in 2010:

SWIFT141 Superyacht Rednering

Superyacht SWIFT 141
Superyacht Swift 141 is a very large and interesting luxury yacht as yet to be launched in 2010. She has a LOA of 141m (462′ 7″) and a beam of 14.2m (46′ 7″). Motor yacht Swift 141 is being built by ADM Shipyards from the United Arab Emirates and her exterior styling was designed by the French company Pierrejean Design Studio. The boat’s naval architect was Koninklijke Schelde Groep BV (KSG) and her interior design was composed by Pierrejean Design Studio.

Yacht Swift is an entirely unique motor yacht in many ways. Her exterior design is unusual and original and technically she is actually a rebuild/refit motor yacht because a former Royal Dutch Navy Frigate’s steel hull has been used as a base. The frigate hull was originally designed and built for blue water speed. The hull is henceforth streamlined and easily driven and when mixed with a modern lightweight composite superstructure Swift 141 is indeed sure to be very swift indeed. Early projections give her an amazing speed of up to 26 knots which is truly remarkable for a superyacht of this size.

And of course size also means superior space onboard, and the luxury yacht SWIFT 141 is able to provide accommodation for up to 60 guests, whether the owner’s of even potentially charter guests along with up to 56 crew members on board.

Superyacht ORCA

Yacht ORCA
Project motor yacht Orca is a 96 m superyacht currently being built by the accomplished German Blohm + Voss Shipyard. Blohm + Voss is a luxury yacht builder which is synonymous with large technically challenging and completely custom superyachts. The UK company Michael Leach Design created the ORCA yacht’s exterior and interior design work and her interior styling is by Silverlining and Metrica. Superyacht Orca has an technologically advanced and futuristic superstructure with a steel hull, and also fascinatingly, a flowing curved superstructure which utilises an aluminium, composite and glass amalgamation.  Project Orca will also include two Cougar Marine custom tenders on her sports deck.

Superyacht Orca will accommodate 16 guests in six guest cabins and her two MTU 595 TE 70l diesel engines create a maximum speed of 19 knots and a 6000nm range at 14 knots. CharterWorld will cover the launch of project Yacht ORCA.

Yacht GIN TONIC II

Motor Yacht Gin Tonic II is full displacement 74.6 metre superyacht by Marco Yachts which will be launched later in 2010. Not a huge amount is as yet known about the M/Y Gin Tonic II yacht but her exterior styling was developed by a UK company called Michael Leach Designs with the interior design by Loro Piana Interiors (Misa Poggi).

Superyacht Gin Tonic II has the usual steel hull and aluminium superstructure of a modern new build superyacht. She is powered by twin caterpillar engines and will have a max speed of 15.5 knots and a cruising speed of 14 knots.

Oceanco Yacht Y706

The 86m Oceanco Yacht Y706

The Oceanco Y706 yacht is an 86 metre superyacht with exterior design by Nuvolari & Lenard and naval architecture by Azure Naval Architects. Motor yacht Y706 is scheduled to be launched later in 2010.

Oceanco Yachts is a company that works with world class designers in continuing to improve the yachts they build. Each one is quantifiably better than the last. This sometimes comes with almost radical leaps in design and technology, as seen with ALFA NERO, whilst in addition there are perpetual small improvements which combine to produce superior yachts in almost all areas.

Oceanco Y706

One interesting thing about the new Oceanco Y706 superyacht is her performance. Large yachts with long waterlines are capable of high speeds and yacht Y706 has an impressive top speed projection of 18.50 knots and a cruising speed of 14 knots. Her official after launch sea trial and testing will confirm her true speed capabilities.

Also interesting about the Y706 yacht is the powerful exterior design work as produced by the now famous Nuvolari & Lenard. In keeping with the Oceanco tendency, the megayacht has a swimming pool on her aft deck which can conveniently be transformed into a full helipad.

The Y706 Oceanco yacht has accommodation for 12 guests, including a now usual large separate master suite with study and private deck area. CharterWorld will report when on further details when the Oceanco Y706 yacht is launched.

ADMIRAL Yachts 73

Motor Yacht Admiral 73m

The Admiral 73 Admiral Mariotti yacht project has been designed and is currently being built thanks to a collaboration between AMY (a joint venture company with Cantieri Navali Lavagna and Cantieri T. Mariotti) along with the technical department being Luca Dini Design studio. We have already seen a very successful superyacht called Sea Force One produced by a similar team. The Admiral 73 yacht is also a progression and evolution in design through the 54, 58, 64 meter Admiral superyachts.

The new Admiral 73 yacht is a five deck superyacht with an imposing volume and beam (13.20) producing plenty of space inside and out. In the yacht’s design and construction detailed attention has been given to the comfort of guests on board thanks to accurate studies made on noise and vibe’s reduction.

With its steel hull and aluminium superstructure, the Admiral 73 reaches a total speed of 15 knots. Propulsion is via an azipod system with two diesel Caterpillar C 32 generators feeding electric power to two Shottel Azipods. This system is efficient and it also assures that a motionless position is kept without anchorage, as well as allowing precise manoeuvring in tight areas.

And all of it, in utter quiet. By presenting series Azipods, AMY once again affirms how attentive they are to the latest advanced and most sophisticated technologies while being in no way remiss of environmental respect. The International Certification of Ecological Compatibility, characteristic of the entire Admiral line, assures compliance with the strictest regulations in terms of environmental protection while in no way compromising on the freedom of navigation.
