Sunrise Yachts have announced today their attendance at two important shows this year. The shipyard will be exhibiting their Sunrise 45 m “Sunrise Y” yacht and will also be promoting one of their new designs, the Sunrise 47m Yacht developed with Espen Oeino. In addition to these two exciting news, Sunrise have just recently signed a contract for a 61m Yacht, also with Espen Oeino. The new Sunrise 61m is scheduled to be launched in 2013. Sunrise Yachts will be present at both the 2010 Cannes and Monaco Yacht Shows.

The 45 metre super yacht “Sunrise Y” is a long range displacement vessel, offering accommodation for up to 11 guests in luxury and comfort. Her efficient high-tensile steel hull design, powerful engines and impressive tank capacity were designed to achieve luxurious charters at trans-Pacific distances or simply summer coastal cruising without a need for refueling.

Sunrise 47m Yacht Project
The meaning of the word “Luxury Yacht” has been reinvented by the inspiring team of Espen Oeino, Frank Darnet Design and Sunrise yacht during the work on this new and exciting Sunrise 47m yacht project.
The Sunrise 47 metre superyacht has a new and inviting layout to enjoy a full yachting experience. She features an innovative approach to the distribution of space and the allowance of natural light throughout the vessel, coupled to a timelessly elegant exterior. The yacht will have a beam of 9 metres (29’6”) and a draft of 2.80 metres (9′) max. She is projected to be powered by two Caterpillar C32 Acert C-rating engines to a maximum speed of 16 knots, and will comfortably cruise at 12 knots. Her range will be of 4,000 nautical miles at cruising speed.
The 47m Sunrise Mega Yacht offers accommodation for up to 11 guests in one master suite, four double cabins. The crew of ten will be accommodated in six crew cabins.
