Premier Ribs in Poole, Dorset will be unveiling the first of their range of luxury and performance Sarissa Ribs at the London Boat Show at Excel on Friday, January 9 at 2pm.  The Sarissa RIB range offers five models covering Leisure and Performance use with an Executive model coming in 2016. At the London Boat Show The Speedmaster 737 Sarissa superyacht tender will be unveiled and demo bookings taken. But order books will also be open for the rest of the leisure and performance range.  All Sarissa RIBS are built for coastal and offshore performance cruising and finished to a high standard of build and equipment levels. Entry level for the 6.5 Sarissa Leisure Rib starts at just £33,000* (*Excludes engine)

The Sarissa 737 luxury yacht tender is the first RIB to be rolled out under the Premier Ribs banner. The use of Carbonfibre and Kevlar in the hull offers the lightest stepped hull in its class (just 680kg), which in turn gives it an economic cruising speed of *38kn and estimated fuel consumption of just 0.9L per mile.  (*Based on using a Mercury 150hp outboard tested 27.11.2014)

The Sarissa 737 yacht tender comes with a high level of standard equipment including electric windlass (anchor winch), twin fuel tanks, twin battery 12v electrical system, stainless steel tow rings, plus a trailer –  all for just under £39,000. All Ribs in the range are fully customisable in colour and equipment and can be built to your specification from just 4 weeks.

Background

The Sarissa RIB range design has been the accumulation of a number of years design and development including help from expert racer Adam Younger to ensure a stable but fast stepped hull (top speed 70mph +) alongside Takis Samartzis who was responsible for the upper deck adding the touch of class which makes the Sarissa range look and feel top of the range.

The Sarissa RIB range comes with a proven track record and a manufacturer guarantee on both the hull and inflatable tubes. The performance hulls are based on the oldest vented step technology and convex design, allowing for low fuel consumption using smaller outboards, but with safety in mind. The construction utilises high tech materials such as multidirectional fibres, Kevlar and Carbon. The tubes are manufactured using the highest quality hypalon sponsons with an optional carbon finish, which is both hard wearing, fade resistant and complements the modern stylish look of the range.

Premier Ribs owner, Powerboat racer Arran Scott has the distribution rights for Sarissa Ribs for the UK & France, he will be unveiling the range at this week’s London Boat show opening on Friday “I am very excited about unveiling the new Sarissa 737 RIB this week, it is going to be our most popular RIB in the range, it is streaks ahead in terms of performance, equipment, comfort and build quality and I am looking forward to showing everyone what it can do.”

If you are coming along to the London Boat show please come along to stand C464 where Arran or one of his team would be delighted to show you the craft.

Show goers will be able to book a demo ride and take advantage of special show deals.
