Next week’s 34th annual Newport Charter Yacht Show will boast over $100 million worth of world-class yachts available for superyacht charter in New England this season. This eagerly awaited event will run at the expansive Newport Yachting Center waterfront facility in Rhode Island’s Newport Harbor from June 22 to 25, 2015.

BIG EAGLE
Measuring amazing 172 feet in length, luxury yacht BIG EAGLE can easily accommodate 12 guests in 6 gorgeous staterooms, with the finest in hospitality ensured by a highly professional crew of 10 members. Originally launched in Japan in the 1980s, she made her silver screen debut as Big Sugar in the 1996 Demi Moore film “Striptease.” BIG EAGLE was completely refitted in 2008. Later that year, she was ranked 53 in Power & Motoryacht’s “America’s 100 Largest Yachts” issue.

GLORIA
Originally launched in 1986, the 128-foot luxurious schooner GLORIA was built as a modern incarnation of the famous 1936 Alfred Mylne-designed schooner Panda. Refitted in 2004, 2006 and 2009, she boasts sumptuous mahogany interiors, featuring bespoke moldings and finishes throughout. In terms of performance, GLORIA is fitted with first-class technology, including self-furling sails as well as powered winches.

RENA
The beautiful 145-foot charter yacht RENA was built to a design by Jack Hargrave in 1989, with last refit in 2011. This spring, she underwent even more extensive improvements made throughout her interior as well as engine room. She boasts classic nautical interior, with an atmosphere of quiet elegance in the beam-to-beam saloon and equally generous dining room. Each of the yacht’s five magnificent staterooms is complete with an en suite bathroom and private jacuzzi, comfortably sleeping 10-12 guests. The outdoor space is equally amazing, with an aft deck perfect for large alfresco dinners and an upper deck with a grill and bar made for cookouts as well as cocktail parties.
FAR NIENTE
The 2014-launched custom superyacht FAR NIENTE by Westport was built using the latest technology and hardware on the market. The interior follows an open floor plan and provides deluxe accommodations. One of the vessel’s most remarkable amenities is a generous sky lounge with panoramic views that are complemented with plush furnishings, a fireplace and a game table.

WHISPER
Winner of the 2004 ShowBoats Design Award for “Best Sailing Yacht Under 40 Meters”, the 116-foot charter yacht WHISPER mixes up a timeless classic design with the modern comforts of a five-star hotel. Launched by Holland Jachtbouw in 2013, the all-aluminum vessel boasts a teak-adorned interior with intricate inlays and custom carvings throughout.

The 2008-launched 101-foot custom charter yacht SEAFARER by Hargrave incorporates a personalized fly bridge and raised pilothouse. The timelessly styled interior creates an elegant yet comfortable atmosphere and can accommodate up to eight guests in four lavish staterooms. With a crew of four including a private chef, there is the option for formal interior or alfresco dining in the multiple entertaining areas on the upper as well as lower decks. The walk-around decks, country kitchen and community spaces were all designed as social areas.
