The building of the Sheikh’s superyacht 40Alloy at the Sanlorenzo’s shipyards, in Italy, took about one year and afterwards it was shipped to the Middle East thanks to a special cargo transport.

Immediately recognizable for the four exclusive terraces overlooking the sea, the Arab owner’s 40Alloy yacht was designed with modern and elegant interiors: a combination of contrasting and exclusive woods like the olive ash for the furniture and the burned oak for the floors.

For the bathrooms the owner chose Fossena stone and limestone Malayat, while the fabrics for curtains and upholstery are the natural lineum, the natural hand leather and the Nabuk suade.

There are no dining tables on the main deck, because they are both located on the upper deck (inside and outside) where, thanks to an adjustable structure, they can host up to 12 guests.

On the lower deck, 2 double and 2 triple cabins can accommodate up to 10 guests, while the crew is composed by 6 members and a captain.

Regarding the performance, thanks to the two MTU 2775 HP engines, the maximum speed of the Sanlorenzo superyacht 40Alloy is 28 knots and the cruising speed approximately 25 knots.

Sanlorenzo confirmed also in 2013 its third position in the world ranking of the top 20 builders over 24 metres (source: Global Order Book 2013) and since its foundation over 50 years ago, the production has always been based on few motoryachts per year, totally unique and customized according to the requests and the style of every single owner.
