Superyacht 'Twizzle' built by Royal Huisman
Held annually on the island of Phuket, Thailand 16-18 December 2012, the tropical on and off water event will take place at the stunning Angsana Laguna Phuket and Xana Beach Club, Host Hotel Sponsor of the Asia Superyacht Rendezvous.
The largest Superyacht event of its type in Asia and a magnet for the world’s top of the line Superyachts, the Rendezvous’ Royal Huisman joins an elite cortège of Sponsors, including: Principal Sponsor Feadship Royal Dutch Shipyards, Boat International Media, Angsana Laguna Phuket incorporating Xana Beach Club; and Asia Pacific Superyachts along with regional media partners, YACHTStyle and Palace magazines and the Phuket Gazette & The Nation newspaper.

Luxury yacht Twizzle is a 57.50m (188’7″ft) sailing yacht and launched in 2010 is the first of its kind to be constructed by the famous yacht builders, Royal Huisman. Established in 1884 Royal Huisman is a highly respected, family-owned, custom yacht builder and was bestowed the Royal Warrant in 1984. The “Royal Warrant” recognised 100 years of quality and excellence – a highly prized accolade.

Feadship Challenge at Superyacht Rendezvous LR
Included in the event program is the popular ‘Feadship Challenge’ model boat construction and race, the famed ‘Rendezvous Booty’ pirate treasure hunt and the glittering VIP ‘Boat International Gala Dinner’ – all taking place in a luxurious 5-Star setting of the Angsana Laguna Phuket and Xana Beach Club.
Following the opening day cocktail party aboard a Superyacht and the next morning’s first sailing event, Feadship is host to the evening’s popular ‘Feadship Challenge’ model boat race and party. Owners, captains, crew and VIP guests cheer on their favorite teams comprised of crew from attending yachts as they enjoy delicious party fare and chilled beverages.
Following the second sailing event day, the ‘Rendezvous Booty’ pirate treasure search takes place on and off the water with crew and families of all ages all participating in the exciting adventure. The festive event draws to a close after a stunning VIP ‘Boat International Gala Dinner’ as guests wander down to the beach to join in lighting the ‘floating lanterns’ that will drift up to stars carrying their secret wishes and blessings.
