Once again hosted by the beautiful Palma yacht charter destination, nestled in Spain, the Oyster Regatta Palma 2015 came to an end, following a great week of racing. This year’s regatta hosted a total number of 29 luxury sailing yachts, built by the prestigious UK shipyard, Oyster Yachts.

“We’ve had a great time running this regatta for you all,” commented Oyster CEO and Race Officer David Tydeman, “and we’re pleased this year to have more first timers and family boats. I feel we’ve all recreated the real spirit, the original principal of this regatta which had started to become a little too focused on winning!”

Oyster 82 superyacht STARRY NIGHT OF THE CARIBBEAN won in Class 1, with the second place going to Oyster 885 luxury charter yacht LUSH, third place to Oyster 725 yacht LIBERTY and fourth place to Oyster 72 sailing yacht INFINITI OF COWES.

The next Oyster regatta will take place in April 2016 in Antigua, with the Oyster Regatta Palma running again in October.
