As super yacht enthusiasts gather at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, the team at Nautor’s Swan in Finland’s Pietarsaari are busy with the company’s full order book. This includes the Swan 105 RS sailing yacht Ti-Coyo and a Swan 60 FD just handed over to their new Owners, four Swan 115 superyachts, a Swan 60 RS and a Swan 80 RS under construction, as well as various refit projects in the pipeline.

The most visible and visited ventures were the recent Rolex Swan Cup and the Monaco Yacht Show, where Nautor’s Swan presented the new Swan 105 RS superyacht Ti-Coyo, creating a notable buzz in the world of pure cruising super yachts. Interest is also high in the new superyacht Swan 95 which was just unveiled last month.

Far away from the glamour of Porto Cervo and Monaco, four Swan 115s are currently in build at the boatyard in Finland and their handcrafted interiors are well underway at the workshop in Kronoby.

The deck plug for the next Swan 60, an RS, is also near completion, with expected delivery just in time for the Dusseldorf Boat Show in 2016. This will be the company’s first Swan 60 RS, part of the new performance cruising range, which also includes the Swan 80 RS and Swan 105 RS.

Just two weeks ago, the last Swan to be commissioned this year was launched, a new Swan 60 FD. This Swan 60 is destined for the West coast of the USA, having been built to spec for an existing Swan owner.

Nautor’s Swan prides itself not only for building new yachts that are synonymous of quality, excellence, tradition, innovation – but also for their refit projects that give new life to Swans that might need an upgrade, or to meet the new desires of current owners. Nautor’s Swan Customer Care department will indeed be working again on various refit projects for the incoming winter period, both in the factory and abroad.

For Enrico Chieffi, Vice President of Nautor’s Swan, the 2014 season has reaped excellent results and is a good indicator of what the future holds: “I am very proud of the work carried out by all at Nautor’s Swan – the team in Finland, our agents worldwide, the Customer Care representatives, the team in Florence and our one design Class Managers. The next flagship event on the ClubSwan calendar is the Rolex Swan Cup Caribbean in Virgin Gorda, BVI, organized in collaboration with Rolex and the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda from 3rd to 7th March 2015.
