Developed by Flagstone Property Group and being built by Technomarine Group, the all-new Deep Harbour at Island Gardens on Watson Island, nestled in the popular Miami yacht holiday location, is set to open next month. Once completed, the new marina will be able to accommodate 35 to 75 private and charter yachts from 80 to 550 feet in length, representing the largest collection of slips for yachts of this size in South Florida. It will be the only marina in North America exclusively designed for superyachts.

The new marina will also serve as the home of the future Superyacht Miami Show, which will host some of the world’s finest yachts. The event represents the all-new boutique show by Show Management, designed specifically for super yachts and set to debut in February 2016.

The all-new Deep Harbour at Island Gardens will also boast towers with 500 hotel rooms and 100 residences, as well as 14 restaurants and retail space, among other amenities. Completion is scheduled for 2018.
