Built by the famed German yacht builder Lurssen, the impressive 87 metre mega yacht ACE has been reported launched this morning. Formerly known as Project ROCKY, superyacht ACE is the first one of a number of important yachts to be launched this year. A sistership to the this stunning yacht, Project NICKI,  is also under construction at Lurssen’s.

Motor Yacht ACE (ex project Rocky and project Flash) was built with steel hull and an aluminium superstructure, as it is common for a vessel of her size. Her stunning design, featuring unique curves and elegant lines, was created by the acclaimed designer Andrew Winch. Focal point of the yacht’s exterior is a large oval form found at the centre line amidship on the vessel’s bridge deck, also bearing the boat’s name.

Mega Yacht ACE features classic interior, as mentioned by her designer Andrew Winch: “With such a sleek and timeless exterior her structure will perfectly compliment her classic interior.”

It is presumed that the new 87m Lurssen yacht ACE will accommodate 12 guests, including a large personalised Owner’s deck and suite.

Following her sea trials, the stunning and elegant motor yacht ACE will be delivered to her Owner.
