Hull and superstructure of the new 30m Moonen super yacht MATICA have been successfully joined together. Construction of Moonen MATICA YN198 yacht from a highly successful Caribbean Series is progressing well at the only premium Dutch manufacturer building semi-custom superyachts between 30 and 50 metres, also working on another Caribbean Series model: the first Martinique superyacht. The striking MATICA is due to be completed in May 2016.

The steel hull of Moonen MATICA YN198 yacht is based on the well-proven hull of the Moonen 97 (example is luxury charter yacht DARSEA). MATICA has been beautifully designed by Rene van der Velden, with interior design by Adam Lay. Just like all Moonen Caribbean Series vessels, she offers a refreshingly modern twist on the classic Moonen style, with a distinctive and timeless look that will ensure a high resale value.
