It has been a huge success for Marina d’Arechi at two major yacht shows in Europe: the London Boat Show, which ran from January 8 to 17, as well as the Dusseldorf Boat Show, which was held from January 23 to 31, 2015. During the events, the marina presented the all-new facilities offered by the Salerno Village Port, nestled on the southern coast of Italy.

Thanks to the new MAXI YACHTS jetty, inaugurated last April, and to the completion of all the piers, the new Amalfi Coast getaway can now accommodate around 1,000 boats, 40 of which measuring from 40 up to 120m in length.

The marina annually attracts owners of both motor and sailing yachts of any length, particularly those from 15 meters upwards. The strategic location of the marina, not only close to the Amalfi Coast and Cilento, but also to the Aeolian Islands and Sicily, is undoubtedly one of its most significant points of strength, in addition to the sunny and warm weather during most of the year and the typical Mediterranean diet cuisine.

According to Agostino Gallozzi, chairman of the marina: “Three are the most appealing peculiarities that visitors appreciate : the unique and glamour geographical location, the quality and safety of the infrastructure, the tailor made friendly services. Marina d’Arechi, in the Gulf of Salerno, represents the ideal hub of access to worldwide renown locations, such as Amalfi, Positano, Ravello, Capri, Pompeii, Paestum. The Amalfi Coast is one of 50 Italian sites inserted on the UNESCO World Heritage List.”
