The prominent Taiwan-based luxury yacht maker, Horizon, has been named the “Sponsor of Honor” for the 2013 Asia Pacific Cities Summit (APCS), running in Kaohsiung these days. The company has been invited to be one of 12 special companies toured by summit guests.

APS

The APCS, which began in 1996, is held annually with the purpose of exchanging knowledge and viewpoints regarding business growth, investment and economic outcomes in the Asia Pacific region.

Every APCS is expected to attract from 1,000 – 1,500 delegates from over 100 cities around the globe, and recently the summit has become a major platform for global businesses to enter into the growing Asia Pacific markets.

To illustrate the economic strength of Taiwan’s yachting industry, Horizon is hosting guests on board the EP148 superyacht “Horizon Polaris” – the largest private luxury yacht in Asia – and will also showcase Horizon’s build flexibility through special facility tours.
