As part of the expansion strategy within its American dealer network, Riviera Yachts, Australia’s largest as well as most awarded luxury yacht manufacturer, has recently appointed the Sovereign Marine Group in Stuart, Florida as its new dealer.
Sovereign Marine Group was founded in 2001 and has recently expanded to a full service marine centre serving Pompano Beach and expanding more than 500 kilometres north to Jacksonville, Florida.

“We welcome Sovereign Marine Group to our growing global dealer network and look forward to an extremely prosperous p artnership,” Mr McCafferty said.
Sovereign Marine Group president Greg Terraglio said he was attracted to the Riviera brand because of the company’s longstanding reputation.
“In addition, my own personal experiences in running and using the Riviera boats that I have owned and sold over the years attracted me to the brand, and I am pleased to be part of the Riviera family,” he said.
“I think under the direction of Rodney Longhurst, Wes Moxey and Stephen Milne, the American people will be amazed with the new products and new technologies of all Riviera product. There is an abundance of knowledge that will be capitalised on in the future.”
On a recent trip to Australia, Mr Terraglio visited Riviera’s 14-hectare, state-of-the-art Coomera facility.
“Having come from a manufacturing background for the first 13 years of my career, I found the Riviera facility at Coomera, Queensland extremely impressive. It is definitely world-class and the people are true professionals and take great pride in their workmanship,” he said.
While taking an extended factory tour, Mr Terraglio had an opportunity to view some of Riviera’s latest models.
“The new models should take the United States to a new level of yachting. Their sleek design and the comforts they provide are above what I have currently seen and I look forward to representing Riviera in Pompano Beach and Jacksonville,” he said.
“At Sovereign Marine Group we pride ourselves on our integrity, our ability to be a valued resource to our customers and our extensive alliance worldwide.
“Taking marine service to the next level, we are providing a ‘one stop shop’ for all your boating needs.”
