The Emirates Palace Marina in the UAE is now fully operational and is experiencing an increase in the number of yachts occupying its 167 superyacht berths.

Emirates Palace Marina, managed by Art Marine, is the first of its kind in the country and the Gulf region in terms of luxury, and as a custom destination for local luxury yachts and those visiting the United Arab Emirates.  The Marina was soft-launched in March 2011, and can accommodate up to 167 yachts from 12m-90m (39ft-295ft).

Services for superyachts visiting the Emirates Palace Marina include exclusive services such as access to the luxurious private beach and swimming pools, free wirelesses internet, on-site private banking services and much more.

A fuel station is also now open at the marina and “room, berth and dine” packages have been developed for visiting yachts.

ART Marine president and CEO Constantinos Constantinou  notes “In addition to the yachts permanently residing at the marina, we expect visiting megayachts from all over the world,”
