The huge brand new Oceanco 106 metre sailing yacht project Y712 Solar has been captured from above with drone video footage. The superyacht has been launched but is yet to be completed and delivered.

This super sailing yacht is the largest sailing yacht in the world by displacement and is so far the largest yacht designed by the Italian design duo at Nuvolari Lenard that has been built. Nuvolari Lenard has created the previous motor yachts Alfa Nero and Seven Seas with Oceanco. Dykstra Naval Architects were involved in the naval architecture and engineering details and challenges associated with the huge yacht, like her mast set up.

The yacht so far only has a project name Y712. She is laying at Oceanco’s superyacht facility near Rotterdam in the Netherlands where she is having her finishing touches added like the stepping of her three advanced DynaRig masts.
