Sail through the Caribbean in style this winter with 45m/148ft luxury charter yacht PALMIRA (ex.SALPERTON). Built by Fitzroy Yachts in 2009 and last refitted in 2017, she features the exterior styling of Dubois, while Adam Lay created her beautiful contemporary interiors. 

Running

She won  Exterior Design & Styling Award: Sailing Yachts at the Showboats Design Awards 2010 and was a finalist in three other awards categories:

Interior Design Award: Sailing Yachts 

Among her features is a tender hatch that converts into a Jacuzzi, comprehensive views in all directions in the main salon, and an upper level white onyx bar. 

Exterior spaces

The wenge wood panelled main salon is split into an upper and lower section, with the upper level offering guests a comfortable lounge close to the windows and further illuminated by two expansive skylights. Adjacent, the bar is ideally positioned to serve guests inside as well as those dining alfresco in the cockpit.

On the lower level, there is a second smaller lounge where guests can rest and watch a film after a busy day, then dine at the elegant formal dining table that seats up to 8 guests. 

Interior

Above deck, the spacious cockpit provides an area for guests to relax out in the sunshine, or dine alfresco under a canvas shade. Farther aft, there are two large sunpads which can be shaded or exposed as required, and there is room closer to the stern for outdoor exercise such as yoga or Tai Chi while enjoying the sights of St. Lucia or St. Kitts & Nevis. 

As well as 2 x folding mountain bikes for exploration on land, sailing yacht PALMIRA comes with an excellent selection of water toys, and the collection includes: 

  • 2 x kayaks  
  • 1 x sail boat 
  • water skis 
  • Scuba diving equipment 
  • snorkelling equipment 
  • fishing gear, and 
  • inflatable and towable toys 

While in transit, guests can maintain a fitness regime with the on board gym equipment. 

Guest cabin

The accommodation layout is designed to sleep up to 8 guests across 4 cabins: 2 double cabins and 2 twin cabins. The professional crew of 6 will ensure that everyone on board has a comfortable and safe journey.
