CRN Superyacht Cloud 9 Delivered and Ready for Charter

Italian shipbuilder CRN announced that the alluring 74-metre luxury superyacht Cloud 9 had been delivered. Launched in early 2017, this brand new motor yacht is now ready for charters in the Mediterranean.

She was designed and constructed by the team of the leading designers and engineers. Cloud 9 has naval architecture developed by CRN’s Technical Department, exterior profile drawn up by Studio Zuccon International Project and interior and exterior living areas by Winch Design.

A superb lever of comfort is offered onboard CRN luxury charter yacht cloud 9. There are six lavish cabins for accommodating 12 guests: an owner’s suite and five guest cabins. A professionally trained excellent crew of 22 will take care of everything, while the guests will enjoy the Mediterranean summer vacations.

The key features of this beautiful yacht include a stunning alfresco dining area, a large beach club, a helicopter pad, a “greenhouse” and wine-tasting area.

Cloud 9 offers a selection of brand-new water toys, including a Novurania tender, a mini catamaran, wave runners, a ski boat, kayaks, waterskis and other equipment.

98m Mega Yacht Aviva is in the UK to Meet Her Owner

Luxury mega yacht Aviva has been delivered to her owner, billionaire Joe Lewis. It has been reported that the yacht arrived in the UK on the 8th of May 2017. Aviva is a beautiful 98-metre vessel that stands out with her incredible blue hull. Abeking & Rasmussen launched their largest ever built superyacht early in 2017.

Reymond Langdon Design in collaboration with Toby Silverton drew up the design of the yacht, including the striking hull.

Motor yacht Aviva incorporates a large number of innovative features. Her curvaceous hull provides for superb seakeeping capabilities combined with 20% in drag. Aviva boasts a hybrid drive system, which allows reaching a speed of 11 knots while running solely on her electric motors. Silence and smooth cruising are some of the characteristics of Aviva’s contemporary design.

Interesting that this 98m motor yacht is the fourth in the “Aviva” series all designed for Joe Lewis. The previous superyacht Aviva was launched in 2007 by Abeking & Rasmussen and was also designed by Reymond Langdon Design.

Although the interior photos are yet to be revealed, we know that Aviva boats the full-size padel tennis court of the impressive size of 20m x 10m x 6m.

Oceanco’s Mega Yacht Project Jubilee Delivered and Named “Al Menwar”

Right after the North Sea sea trials, Oceanco motor yacht Project Jubilee was delivered and named “Al Menwar“. This 110-metre mega yacht currently has the title of the largest ever built in Holland. It has been reported that Al Menwar would be making her way to the cruising ground of the Mediterranean this Summer. Some of the leading designers worked on the construction and development of motor yacht Al Menwar, including Lobanov Design, who took care of the exterior profile and Sam Sorgiovanni, who created the interior design.

Undoubtedly, widely spoken about the “double-deck” visual effect created by Igor Lobanov is the exceptional feature of this mega yacht. Her interior, which is yet to be photographed is likely to be impressive.

Al Menwar is currently for sale at an undisclosed price. This superyacht project is full turn-key. Water sports equipment, tenders, spares, china, crystal, silverware and sheets and loose furniture are included.

Here she is again, the star of the superyacht media – Sailing Yacht A. This time, there is some big news to share: she has finally been delivered to her owner. Upon her delivery, the brand new video on the construction of Sailing Yacht A had been revealed by the American sail manufacturer Doyle. Not only that but also the first images of Sailing Yacht A and Motor Yacht A cruising together in Monaco have been released.

Sailing Yacht A belongs to the Russian billionaire Andrey Melnichenko, who is the owner of the other iconic superyacht, Motor Yacht A built by Blohm+Voss. Below are the first photos of the two mega yachts cruising together.

Sailing Yacht A’s sails were first seen during first see trails, which she was undergoing in Germany. Built by Nobiskrug, this 142.81-metre massive superyachts projects not only adds to the excellent reputation of the shipyard but also suggests that Germany is, perhaps, the leading country in terms of producing the largest and the most spectacular superyachts.

Turquoise Yachts Unveiled First Photos of Superyacht Razan Upon Her Delivery

The new beginning for Turquoise Yachts in terms of building exceptional custom yachts is here. The shipbuilder announced the delivery of the new 47-metre luxury superyacht Razan. In collaboration with H2 Design, the highly experienced team of designers and engineers at Turquoise Yachts developed this yacht from scratch.

Her modern interior features sophisticated styling, with a feel of luxury in every detail. What makes Razan an exceptional motor yacht is the multi-functional spaces that include a large number of luxury amenities. The sundeck accommodates a superyacht spa pool and a lounge bar, while the beach club features a gymnasium and an extended swim platform – plenty of room for casual entertainment and leisure. The foredeck features a comfortable guest seating area.

Razan is just under 500GT and can reach a top speed of 17.5 knots, which had been proven at her sea trails. She has a 4200nm cruising range at a speed of 12 knots.

Turquoise Yachts are currently working on the 77-metre motor yacht NB63, which is expected to be launched later in 2017 in Turkey.

Razan will make her first appearance in the Mediterranean at the Cannes Yachting Festival and Monaco Yacht Show, as well as in America at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show in Autumn.

Couach Celebrates its 120th Anniversary Year with 2 Completed Yacht Projects

French superyacht builder Couach celebrates the beginning of its 120th anniversary year and the completion of two motor yacht projects: the fifth unit of the 2300 FLY motor yacht series was launched in March this year, while the fully-custom fast-planing 44.8-metre 4400 FAST FLY yacht was delivered to the owner.

The 2300 FLY motor yacht model is one of the most popular in the fleet of the shipbuilder. This 23-metre yacht stands out with her elegant exterior lines, outstanding performance and discrete design features.
Pascal Boyer, the project manager for the yacht, commented: “This yacht always surprises me; she is surely one of the best Couach boats, and her seaworthiness is excellent.”

The newly launched 2300 FLY has two large guest cabins and master suite, providing accommodation for a total of 6 guests. Her zero-speed stabilisers provide comfort while running or at anchor. A pair of MAN 12V 1400 diesel engines allows this yacht to reach an impressive top speed of 34 knots. The 2300 FLY motor yacht cruises at a speed of 24 knots.
 

4400 FAST FLY DELIVERED

Launched in December last year, the 44.8-metre motor yacht 4400 FAST FLY is ready for the Mediterranean summer. The interior design of the yacht boasts opulent materials, such bronze, oak, treated leathers, engraved glass and marble. Accommodation is offered for ten guests and seven crew members. 4400 FAST FLY motor yacht has all luxury amenities found on superyachts of the similar size: formal dining area, spacious alfresco dining spaces, wet bar, entertainment system and sunbathing area.  This fully customised yacht has a top speed of 24 knots and a cruising speed of 17 knots.

Reichel/Pugh SW90 superyacht on course for delivery to owner

The Reichel/Pugh SW90 superyacht has completed her sea trials and is now being delivered to her owner. Built by Southern Wind and launched in Cape Town, South Africa, ‘Design No. 251′ was created to be an ultralight fast performance cruiser equally capable of competing in regattas as completing extended ocean transits.

Described as a ‘new generation project’ by yacht builders Southern Wind, she represents thousands of hours of attention from boat-building experts combined with the owner’s unique vision to create a performance focused sailing yacht.

Southern Wind founder and CEO commented on the design brief, stating that the owner wanted a swift and agile sailing yacht “…with the comfort and safety standards typical of a cruising yacht… and excellent performance in the most renowned offshore and inshore superyacht regattas.”

Flexible sailing setups, cutting edge technology and prime quality accommodation are only a few of the virtues of 27.5m/90.2ft RP-SW90, and during her sea trials she was recorded achieving speeds in excess of 18 knots.

Second Motor Yacht Numarine 105 HT Delivered in Hong Kong

Turkish shipbuilder Numarine has announced the delivery of the second motor yacht in the Numarine 105 HT yacht series.  This 32m superyacht features impressive, innovative exterior, fuel efficiency, seaworthiness and reduced noise and vibration. Exterior living areas functional and spacious, while yacht’s contemporary interior design is brightly lit with natural light providing welcoming ambience.

Initially, Numarine 105 HT yacht concept was developed by Can Yalman. Umberto Tagliavini worked on the naval architecture of both units. Numarine 105 HT has a 4-cabin accommodation layout: a full-beam master suite with a dressing table, sofa, large bathroom, walk-in shower and twin basins, and three beautiful ensuite guest cabins. Designed to navigate in various sea conditions, Numarine 105 HT has a pair of CAT C32 engines and can reach a top speed of 30 knots. Her comfortable cruising speed is 26 knots.

One of the most anticipated superyacht projects of 2017 has been completed: Lurssen Project Mistral has been delivered and named AMADEA.

With the launch in April 2016, mega yacht Amadea has successfully undergone her sea trials and is believed to be on the way to Norway. This 106-metre mega yacht featured exterior design by bespoke Espen Oeino, however, the details on her interior design have not been revealed yet. Amadea was built to Lloyd’s Registry classification.

Amadea is one of the largest superyachts in the world, with luxury living spaces spanned across five decks, with a gross tonnage of 2,999GT, a large helicopter pad and a large number of lavish facilities, information on which is yet to be confirmed.
