New Build 39.5m Expedition Yacht for Charter due 2018

The New Zealand shipbuilder Profab Engineering is building a new superyacht for charter – The Beast. Designed as a charter superyachts, the 39.5m catamaran The Beast is scheduled for delivery in 2018 and will be a fantastic new addition to the New Zealand and South Pacific charter market.

With a beam of 12m, The Beast has a total gross tonnage of 495GT. Accommodation will be provided for a total of 12 guests in 5 cabins. Luxurious feel onboard The Beast is also provided by airy open spaces, as well as plenty of options for outdoor entertainment.

One of the great features of this catamaran includes the ability carry a 13m Sportfisher, a 9m Amphibious tender, kayaks, paddle boards, dive equipment and a full range of heavy and light fishing equipment. The Beast hosts a Teppanyaki restaurant style BBQ on the fly bridge. The Beast is capable of carrying 76,000 litres of fuel for an extensive range.

Catamaran The Beast was designed by LOMOcean, the New Zealand design company, who has designed shadow vessel Charley, recently launched in Australia.
