British Embassy Beirut’s British Business Award 2013 for Princess Yachts Distributor for Lebanon

The prestigious UK luxury yacht builder, Princess Yachts, is proud to announce that the UK Trade and Investment and the British Embassy’s first ever ‘British Business Award’ in Lebanon went to Chehab Marine, sole distributor of Princess yachts in Lebanon.

The awards honoured excellence in innovation, success and commitment to trade between Great Britain and Lebanon and was awarded to Chehab Marine in recognition of their 100th Princess yacht sale in the Middle East earlier this year.

The awards ceremony was held at the official residence of the British Ambassador to Lebanon, Tom Fletcher, and was attended by VIP guests including the Lebanese Minister of Trade, His Excellency Nicolas Nahas, as well as leading business and media figures.

Ambassador Tom Fletcher said:
“Britain and Lebanon are two of history’s greatest trading nations. We are honouring the individuals and companies who are helping us to double trade between our two countries, and we are showcasing Lebanon’s talent and resilience.”

Following great success in Lebanon Chehab Marine, under the banner of Princess Yachts Middle East, now operate a distribution network across the region.  Today the company have a network of sales and service offices in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait and Qatar, where Princess will be exhibiting at the first ever Qatar International Boat Show, 12 – 16 November 2013.
