Among the scheduled events is Rebuild Barbuda, which highlights the plight of the Antigua’s neighbouring island and will help raise funds for the island’s recovery.

Rebuild Barbuda will be held at Nelson’s Dockyard on Wednesday, 6th December from 6-10 pm and will be attended by CharterWorld’s Director of Charter Nicolas Benazeth and luxury yacht charter brokers Trina Howes, Martha Lukasik, Colin Srivastava and Amanda Brilliante.

“As a 15-year resident of the Virgin Islands, I am proud that CharterWorld is joining the effort to ‘give back’ and help to rebuild the islands of the Caribbean devastated by Hurricanes Irma and Maria,” Amanda Brilliante commented.

“The destruction visited on our brothers and sisters in Barbuda virtually laid waste to this once-beautiful charter destination. The Rebuild Barbuda effort reflects the industry’s recognition and appreciation of the warm welcome this island community has extended to the yachting community over so many decades, and will again in years to come.” Amanda continues.
