Admiral Tecnomar move 2nd hull of the motor yacht Admiral Maxima 47

The second hull of the motor yacht Admiral Maxima 47 was moved from Admiral Tecnomar shipyard in Massa, last night. The hull was transported to the new yard of Nuovi Cantieri Aquania in Marina di Carrara, where the works on superyacht Admiral Maxima 47 will continue.

An important event, which states the beginning of a new era for the Group, driven by Giovanni Costantino who last December acquired NCA – Nuovi Cantieri Apuania, becoming one of the greatest conglomerate groups of the Italian boating.

The vessel, still in production, is a full displacement Admiral Maxima 47 yacht model with steel hull and aluminium superstructure and a scheduled delivery for June, 2014.

The hull transferred is composed of 4 welded central blocks, while the bow block and the stern one will be moved next week. For the moving, approximately 4 km covered in 45 minutes, the yard used multi-wheels hooked carts. Construction of another yacht has already started at NCA shipyard, bringing the number of active yacht constructions to two.

Furthermore, next week will also see the first aluminium Tecnomar yacht transferred from Admiral Tecnomar yard.
