Dubois Naval Architects are delighted to announce that superyacht Kokomo, sailing yacht Twizzle, yacht Zefira, S/Y Lady B and sailing yacht Imagine are finalists in the 2011 ShowBoats Design Awards, presented by Boat International Media.
The winners are to be announced on the 25th of October at an awards ceremony held at the Mar-A-Lago Club, Palm Beach Florida.

The Alloy Yachts built sailing yacht KOKOMO has already had a great ward success, winning the 2010 ISS Best Sailing yacht, and this year receiving the Judges Special award at the World Superyacht Awards
Yacht Kokomo features a Redman Whiteley Dixon Interior and with her lifting keel she is one of the most advanced yachts of her type in the World today.

Sailing Yacht TWIZZLE, finalist for the 2011 ShowBoats Design Awards
Launched in later 2010, the 57.5m Ketch Twizzle was built by Royal Huisman with exterior styling and interior design by Redman Whiteley Dixon Design.
She too has already seen success this year, receiving the best Custom Built Yacht in the Asian Boating Awards and a Judges Commendation at the World Superyacht awards.

Sailing yacht Zefira, finalist for the 2011 ShowBoats Design Awards
The beautiful Sailing yacht Zefira was designed for Italian owners. She was built by Fitzroy Yachts and has an interior designed by Remi Tessier.
Receiving Sailing yacht of the year, along with Best sailing yacht 45m+ at the World Superyacht awards, Dubois yachts has high expectations for her at the ShowBoasts Gala this October.

Sailing Yacht Lady B a 2011 ShowBoats Design Award Finalists
S/Y Lady B has a number of features that are well deserving of a win at the ShowBoats Awards. Her lifting keel and direct access to the owner’s stateroom from the aft deck make her a particularly special design.
Sailing yacht Lady B’s interior comes from Rhoades Young Design and she was built by Vitters Shipyard in Holland.

Yacht Imagine a 2011 ShowBoats Design Award Finalists
This is the second awards appearance for S/Y Imagine after taking the best sailing yacht (30m-44.99m) award at this year’s World Superyacht Awards.
Yacht Imagine is the second design for the same owner and is the 21st Dubois Design to be built by Alloy Yachts and her interior was jointly styled by the yard and the owner.
