Frank Neubelt - New Cruise was the naval architecture company involved in the formal vessel design work for VICTORIA DEL MAR. Also the company Frank Neubelt - New Cruise and Joachim Kinder Yacht Design expertly collaborated on this project. Interior designer Joachim Kinder Yacht Design / Klaus Stallman / Art-Line Interiors was commissioned for the internal internal styling. Built by Moonen Shipyards Bv the vessel was built in the known yacht building country the Netherlands. She was successfully launched in 's Hertogenbosch in 2001 before being transferred to the owner.
