Building & Designing for Luxury Yacht RASA

Dick Boon was the naval architecture company involved in the professional superyacht design work for RASA. Also the company Dick Boon and Palmer Johnson successfully worked on this undertaking. Interior designer Patrick Knowles was selected for the creative interior styling. In 2001 she was actually launched with accolade in Sturgeon Bay WI and following sea trials and final completion was thereafter handed over to the yacht owner. Palmer Johnson Yachts completed their new build motor yacht in the United States. The main hull was constructed with aluminium. The motor yacht superstructure is fabricated largely from aluminium. With a beam of 8.53 metres / 28 ft RASA has spacious interior. A fairly shallow draught of 2.23m (7.3ft) determines the number of worldwide harbours she can visit, contingent on their particular depth at low tide.
