ISA Yachts Design was the naval architect involved in the formal nautical design work for PETRA. Her interior design was conceived by Cristiano Gatto Design Team. Isa Yachts and Andrea Vallicelli is also associated with the yacht general design work for this yacht. Created at Isa (International Shipyards Ancona) the yacht was fabricated in Italy. She was officially launched in Ancona in 2008 before being handed over to the owner. Her hull was built out of composite. The motor yacht main superstructure is made largely from composite. With a beam of 7.4 m or 24.28 feet PETRA has reasonable interior. A reasonably shallow draught of 1.3m (4.27ft) affects the amount of certain harbours she can enter, taking into account their particular characteristics.
