Being built by the CRN Yachts (Ferretti Group) yacht builder in Italy the MARACUNDA is 50 m 164 (ft) in length. Christened by 1990 her interior design showcases the stately ambience in the designing of Alberto Pinto. Superyacht MARACUNDA can accommodate up to 14 guests with 12 professional crew. She can attain a high speed of 18 knots.

Crn was the naval architect involved in the professional vessel design work for MARACUNDA. Also the company Crn successfully worked on this venture. Interior designer Alberto Pinto was charged with the internal internal styling. In 1990 she was actually launched with celebration in Ancona and following sea trials and final completion was then handed over to the owner who commissioned her. Crn Yachts (Ferretti Group) completed their new build motor yacht in Italy. The core hull was constructed with steel. The motor yacht superstructure component is fabricated largely from aluminium.
