Completed by 1986 her reasonably traditional interior design and decor reveals the stately ambience of owner and Sue Wade/Nancy Leib.

Building & Designing for Luxury Yacht MAMOSA

Diana Yacht Design was the naval architect firm involved in the professional vessel plans for MAMOSA. Her interior design was realised by Sue Wade/Nancy Leib. Diana Yacht Design is also associated with the yacht general design work for this yacht. Created by Hakvoort Shipyard this yacht was constructed in the yacht producing country of the Netherlands. She was successfully launched in Monnickendam in 1986 before being transferred to the owner. The hull was built out of aluminium. The motor yacht superstructure component is fabricated extensively from aluminium. With a width of 8.17 m or 26.8 ft MAMOSA has fairly large interior. A reasonably shallow draught of 1.98m (6.5ft) affects the list of overall marinas she can berth in, contingent on their specific characteristics. She had refit improvement and alteration work carried out by 1996.

Powered by twin MTU diesel engines, MAMOSA can reach a high speed of 16 knots. Coupled to the MAMOSA engines are twin screw propellers. With respect to thrusters she uses Holland Roer. As for the yacht’s stabalisers she was built with Naiad.
