MALTESE FALCON had her design finished by Perini Navi and Dijkstra & Partners and Perini Navi. This superyacht MALTESE FALCON can sleep overnight the number of 12 aboard and in addition to 16 operating crew. Christened by 2006 this boat’s interior design illustrates the stature emanating from the boards of Ken Freivokh Design.

Perini Navi was the naval architecture company involved in the formal nautical design work for MALTESE FALCON. Also the company Perini Navi and Dijkstra & Partners successfully collaborated on this project. Interior designer Ken Freivokh Design was employed for the creative internal ambience. Turkey is the country that Perini Navi built their new build sailing yacht in. After the official launch in 2006 in Istanbul she was then released to the owner following final finishing. A open feeling is achieved with a widest beam (width) of 12.6 m / 41.34 ft. With a 11m (36ft) draught (maximum depth) she is reasonably shallow. The material steel was used in the building of the hull of the sailing yacht. Her superstructure over the hull is created with the use of aluminium. Over the deck of MALTESE FALCON she is 85 (278.5 ft) in length. In 2008 further refitting and updating was also finished.
The TBD620 V12 engine installed in the sailing yacht is made by DEUTZ-MWM. Coupled to the MALTESE FALCON engines are twin screw propellers. The main engine of the ship creates 1876 horse power (or 1380 kilowatts). She is fitted with 2 engines. The sum output for the boat is 3752 HP / 2760 KW.
Apportioning bedding for a limit of 12 yacht guests staying on board, the MALTESE FALCON accommodates them comfortably. This ship utilises approximately 16 capable qualified crew to manage.
