At 174 ft, Noble House was built by Sensation Yachts and is one of the largest motor yachts constructed in New Zealand. The hull is manufactured from steel with an aluminum superstructure, adding stability and strength to the yacht, as well as reducing overall weight.

The interior of Noble House has been designed with a subtle, understated theme. She features a combination of the timbers Anagre and Sappelle, which complements the craft aesthetically and allows a feeling of freedom and tranquility for those on board. Natural light follows a spiral staircase from the flying bridge to the lower deck, a unique feature, adding a spatial ambience to the surrounding areas. The refined sophistication of the design and the superior level of craftsmanship make this vessel a supreme accomplishment.
