This sailing yacht K-IV PROJECT is a superyacht of large proportions. This 46 m (150 foot) luxury yacht was proudly created by Derecktor Shipyards Florida in 2005. K-IV PROJECT used to be named the project or yacht name Ct 001. The naval architect who actualised this yacht's drawings in respect of the yacht is German Frers. John Munford was the interior designer who completed the overall interior design.

After the official launch in 2005 in Bridgeport Ct the boat was handed over to the proud new owner having completed sea trials and testing. Her core hull was constructed with aluminium.
