The yacht's wider design collaboration came from Ed Monk Yacht Design and Jack Sarin and John Anderson. The professional naval architecture drawings are the creation of Ed Monk Yacht Design. Motor Yacht HOPE received her elegant interior designing from the interior design office of Christine Hallen-Berg. In 1986 she was formally launched with triumph in Westport Wa and following sea trials and detailing was then handed over to the yacht owner.
