The motor yacht HIGH YIELD is a 33 metre 107 (ft) well proportioned aluminium luxury yacht which was developed by Broward Yachts and conceived by Broward. Accommodating 7 passengers and 4 crew, motor yacht HIGH YIELD used to be called Loho as her build project name or actual name. Ready for launch in the year of 1983 her interior decoration illustrates the traditional approach of the design work of Lauren Currell.
Construction & Yacht Design of Luxury Yacht HIGH YIELD
Broward Inhouse Yacht Design Team was the naval architect firm involved in the formal nautical composition for HIGH YIELD. Her interior design was completed by Lauren Currell. Broward is also associated with the yacht general design work for this boat. Created at Broward Yachts this yacht was constructed within the United States. She was officially launched in Dania Fl in 1983 before being handed over to the owner. A moderate feeling is brought about with a total beam (width) of 7 metres / 23.3 ft. With a 2m (6.6ft) draught (maximum depth) she is fairly shallow. The material aluminium was used in the building of the hull of the motor yacht. Her superstructure above deck is fashioned out of aluminium.

Powered by two DDC diesel main engines, HIGH YIELD is able to reach a maximum speed of 15 knots. Her propulsion units are twin screw propellers.
