DIONE SKY has a sophisticated exterior design and engineering from Vripack along with an interior designed by Van Der Meulen and Marshall Field. She has an aluminium hull and superstructure, boasts a modern stabilization system that reduces motion and she is also equipped with bow thrusters. DINOE SKY was refitted in 1999.

The yacht's general design work came from Dick Boon. The formal naval architect drawings are a products of Dick Boon. Motor Yacht DIONE SKY received her elegant interior designing from the interior design office of Van Der Meulen / Marshall Field. the United States is the country that Palmer Johnson Yachts built their new build motor yacht in. After her formal launch in 1996 in Sturgeon Bay WI she was then delivered on to the happy owner after final finishing. The hull was constructed with aluminium. The motor yacht superstructure is fabricated extensively from aluminium. With a beam of 8.87 metres or 29.1 feet DIONE SKY has spacious internal space.
